What you said is correct. Earlier, when I started weight loss program. The food was cut to half and result is good in terms of weight numbers but not active cannot run more. In jogging I could run only 1 kms for 1 month. After 1 month, I took gap for 4 days for workout and had 4 meals per day as result, I am able to almost 4 kms without break. Now my diet, break fast: hot water, 6 almonds, egg in alternate days, 4 idly or 2 small dosa. Lunch: brownrice with curry, curd Snack: green tea and any fruit. Dinner: brownrice with less quantity than lunch. Sunday: chicken or fish. Workout: 8km jogging (3 km run+ 5 km walk) Skipping: 200- 300 Plank: 45 seconds 2 times Sqauts& lunges: 15 *2 sets. Sir please have a look at my weight loss or fat loss program
