Looking for the best guacamole dip made with a food procesor? In this video Camy walks you through how to make this easy and tasty guacamole dip recipe. Camy's Cuisinart Food Processor: amzn.to/2XnfGT4
Camy's Kitchen Faves:
1. Quality Knife Set: amzn.to/3dmO7P5
2. Cutting Board: amzn.to/2TWuOEJ
3. Kitchen Aid Mixer: amzn.to/2MiwioI
Ingredients:
- 3-4 avocados (haas are creamiest)
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1/2 to 1 whole lime (juiced)
- 1/2 large white or red onion (chopped)
- 1 jalapeno (chopped, remove seeds for less spice)
- 2 cloves of garlic (peeled & chopped)
- 1/8 cup cilantro (remove leaves & chop)
- 1 teaspoon salt (add more to taste)
- 1 teaspoon pepper ( add more to taste)
- Optional extra seasoning: onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper
Recipe:
1. Remove garlic from shell and roughly chop. Pick cilantro leaves and roughly chop. Add cilantro and garlic to food processor. Squeeze lime juice into garlic & cilantro mix, add salt and pulse until finely chopped.
2. Cut onion in half, chop and add to food processor. Half japapeno to remove sends (removing the seeds will reduce how spicy it is) and roughly chop, then add to food processor. Pulse together until the onion and jalapeño are reduced to medium/small diced size.
3. Half avocado and remove pits. Slice avocado vertically within skin for easy removal. Scoop out avocado with a spoon into food processor. Add sour scream. Pulse until all ingredients are mixed well. Scrape unmixed ingredients off side to ensure even mixture.
Taste and add more lime juice, salt, pepper, or spices you feel are missing. Be encouraged to make it your own!

Love these legacy models. Thank God the 14, 11, 7 cup box body legacy models are still being made. The new ones are garbage, underpowered, and loud as heck. FYI if you want more discs look on eBay for DLC-7 disc set. That's what this model was called and you can still see it in the center of your disc on the top side. If you have a 7 (pro classic) , 9 cup (prep model, shiney round body only) or the 11 cup (pro custom) you'll get the DLC-8/ DLC-10 disc sets. These models still use the quiet and powerful motors that stop on a dime when you let button go. New ones suck and keep spinning for almost a whole second. When doing 2 second pulses it kinda sucks for control. A plus is if you get the boxed sets of blades (complete sets) they were made in Japan back then. Way cheaper than buying the new ones brand new. Most times you can get the whole complete sets for same price as 1 or 2 new ones from Amazon.
You forgot the tomato
