Thank you very very much sir , I am 35 years old I have been suffering from tennis elbow due to excessive sports tennis . It has been almost two months that tennis elbow and pain is on and off ..Then I took a break from tennis but tennis elbow did not heal . Even holding glass of water or anything else it was painful . But I have watched your video and it’s working for me without any medication . Especially the first practice you advised , it’s great and quickly gave me relief and now I could type easily and quickly on my phone . I am thankful to you for your genuine advise and videos . Cheers!

Super helpful, thank you. Your videos are incredible. I'm going to start working out with you every morning to relieve my chronic pain in argms, shoulders, neck, knees, and hips. I would LOVE it if you could do a video demonstrating the shock wave device for tennis elbow? I currently own a shock wave device. But it's chinese and doesn't come with instructions, lol. I've used it a couple of times but then I bruise. Unsure if I'm doing it correctly. Actually, could you do an entire series on shock wave, for different parts of the body? You're already my hero for your channel, but I would love love love shock wave videos too. Thank you for being great!!

Hello Jasper, Great video(s)! I’ve just had PRP to help treat my tennis elbow. The doctor who injected mentioned the same exercises you described very well. I’m currently on holidays and can’t get hold of him… for the eccentric exercises and stretches would you do the series expecting a little pain (20-30%) of the “real tennis elbow pain” or no pain at all: I do t want to over do it. Thank you in advance for your advises, best wishes for 2022!

I realized a bit too late that my computer mouse was one of the factors in getting a tennis elbow. Changed the mouse (the old one forced me to forcibly click multiple times on links before they worked), but it looks like it will take a while before the elbow has recovered. I appreciate the advice to get an ergonomic mouse, and the exercises you suggest.

My pain is on the opposite site, i.e., the inside of the elbow. Also, wrist pain when putting any pressure on the hand (trying to do yoga or planks) to the point where I physically cannot do it because of the discomfort. That hand also goes numb all the time at night or even holding up the phone to type this. Any insight?

@@MiltonChiropracticClinic No, I don't have numb fingers (yet). The injury is more related to me carrying 5-8 buckets of water (30lbs) to wash the terrace (with aviary) every day. I know, I need to get a hose, but it will have to run through the house, so I torture myself like this for years. I've had the same pain 3 years ago after house renovation (pulling furniture around) but it went away thanks to Comfrey root ointment. Now it helps a bit, but I feel like I "damage" the muscles again while I sleep.

I have what appears to be tennis elbow, I’ve watched your Vlog and started some of the exercises... however, when I’m out on my exercise walk, my arm hangs down and moves a little ie. normal walking rhythm...but it seizes up when I try to move it and get something from my pocket for example...and I have to use my other hand to lift it, once done it moves again.... is this normal ??
