Theresa Henry no u can soak the rice for at least 2hrs or overnight (soaking overnight is optional)

You can't use normal rice ,you can only use white rice for tuwo

@@BeingOyinkansola yes! You can also add cooked rice but is optional ,you can get the masa fryer in sabon gari if you are base in kano or kitchen shops
