Love this!!! Ouidad and AG Care are two of my favorite brands. One product I don’t see you talk about is AG Care Fast Food leave in conditioner. It actually pairs great with both the Ouidad gel and AG Care liquid effects. I don’t always love a curl cream so the leave in is a nice option.

Great video. Love all the details. Providing pairs is so helpful. I agree with spending more on a gel. I also find that salon quality products require less per use than drugstore products so it’s hard to compare prices as you use up drugstore products more quickly. I also love AG Recoil and Liquid Effects. Looking forward to your IG reel. When you visited AG, did they say if they were coming out with a refill package for Liquid Effects? The TIGI Catwalk Curls Rock Amplifier is a fantastic cream gel with multiple polyquat ingredients. To me, it perfoms similarly to the Ouidad weather up gel (although it has a beefier hold & slightly more moisture). It's also reasonably priced in the UK, where it's often on sale for £6.99. I can use it as a one & done, with just two pumps of product & I have pretty thick 2C hair.

I’m also really enjoying OSiS+ extreme hold mousse and Wella strong hold mousse. They are great in humidity. I too them with Ouidad strong hold climate control. Another great option is Alterna volumizing mousse. That gives me my best hair 😊

I get good hold from the back cream but my hair is short. I do have thick hair.

I used the NYM curl defining cream and it gave me wicked dandruff! I washed my hair again and just put mousse and a little gel.

For my salt and pepper course low porosity wavy hair the only thing that woks in summer is biosilk rock hard gelee! It’s crazy but that is the only on that works. I also use kinky curly not today leave in only a pea size amount. I used the Quidad strong hold gel and my hair poofed after one day so I put the biosilk gelee on top with a little water because it is thick but it did the trick not much frizz

Curl talk brought out gel and cream fragrance Free and protein free no alcohol it amazing I used ouida unbelievable Bonds shampoo and it's amazing wavy and curly looks good

I would love it if you would do a review of fragrance free hair styling products from brands like Fragfre, Seen, CLEURE, and No Nothing, particularly styling products that are good for humidity but are fragrance free. I find Spiralicious to be drying also.

I use the curl talk curl cream every wash day, and I never notice a buildup with it. I do use a clarifying shampoo once every two weeks, sometimes once a week, so that might be why. For reference, if anyone cares, I have low porosity, 2b/2c

Thnaks Gena. I tried the Tresemé gel 2 times but did not liked it…its a little bit drying for my hair I will use one time more with an other curlcream underneath see the results but not a fan. Have to try the Ouidad , like the twisted gel but still not enough hold…

Thank you for this incredibly helpful educational video. I downloaded the free anti-humidity check list. I have a LOT of curly products and didn't have a clue how to mix and match them! Have you tried any Curlisto products? I loved their discountinued Structura Lotion (which was a thin gel) but now I just use their curl cream but haven't found that "perfect" gel for my very long, fine, porous, wavy hair. I may try your suggestion of the AG Cream (gel).

I have fine 2c/3a coloured hair but a ton of hair. Can I mix the Not Your Mother curl cream with the Ouidad Gel? Or should I use only one. Incredibly humid out!

Hask was horrible for me 😢I was loosing my hair in chunks !! Luckily I was able to bounce back from it as soon as I stopped using Hask products.

Unfortunately blowouts in humidity are inevitability going to frizz up. Wearing your natural curls especially in humidity will give longer lasting results 😊

I believe the Twist line has been discontinued. I loved the weather up gel. Some of the less popular products are still available on Amazon, but the gel is long gone 😢.

The print preview looks fine on my end when I test it. It may be your printer settings. I recommend using it digitally though and saving a copy on your phone for shopping in-store

I have a problem. I have color treated hair. I color about every 3 months. My hair I think is medium prosody and I think medium thick hair about 2 inches below my shoulders. I live in Ohio where it right now is hot and humid. My problem is after I wash my hair with verb mild, cleanse, moisture or silkience hair care pro formula hydrating shampoo, or it’s a 10 or whatever shampoo I seem to choose, it is so tangled and I can’t even get whatever conditioner I try through my hair. I have used several different shampoos and conditioners. Some conditioners I have used, verbinrich, detangle, and soften. Living proof intense moisture mask, herbal essences bio renew moisture rosemary and herbs foam conditioner, keranique volumizing keratin conditioner, tresemme silk and smooth argon oleo blend conditioner are some to name a few. Why do you think my hair is like that after I shampoo? It is so hard to get through. And what kind of gel or mousse would you suggest for me knowing what I told you about my hair. My hair is also very frizzy. Thank you for all your videos. They are very helpful. It is just so hard to figure out what products are best. I have always washed, conditioned, and fixed my hair as it was straight. But after watching some of your videos and paying more attention to my hair, it is naturally wavy. So now I am trying to figure out what products to use on it. I think I need a strong hold gel maybe.

please do a video on doing your hair the next day without washing

Did you catch my video last week about how to humidity proof your curls? I explain more about how helpful they can be in humidity. Most can be removed with regular suflate free shampoos so they wont buildup. Just avoid solely co-washing
