To me, Indiana is loaded with good flags. Indy and South Bend were mentioned, of course. Fort Wayne also has a stellar flag, imo. It layout represents a map of the city's three rivers and the symbols represent the relative locations of difference settlers with the namesake fort in the middle. Depending on the version it might need to drop some text but I love it. City of Bloomington, too, has a good flag (sans text). Also (thought it pains me somewhat to say) Lafayette, IN has a pretty good one too
so glad that portlands flag is finally getting recognized, it looks amazing

Some of these city flags are all thousand better than their own state flags... (Yes, I'm referring to the blue state flags.)

Oh man, we have quite a few more cities named after British cities
