The Church Media Guys [Church Training Academy] bro. My question off topic. Can I use a OBS type of software for my iPad? I only have iPhone 8 and iPad and I need to create videos for my Bible teachings to send viral.., can u help?

I wanted to do this for a friend who owns a cafe. After watching your YT video, I downloaded ‘favourites’ from their fb page, and it’s done in 10 minutes and very professional looking. All being displayed on an old tv which was about to be thrown out as it had no sound. 🤠

Actually, I thought of you as I made it. Kind of playing off what we talked about in our previous group coaching call.

Cool idea, thanks! What do you use to make your slides?

We use a much simpler method. I put the images (e.g., announcement slides) for the day on a USB stick. Sunday morning, I plug the USB stick into the back of the Roku TV in the church lobby, select the Roku Media Player > USB stick and... victory! So simple, so quick. No network needed. Nothing to go wrong while it's running. We've used this technique for a few years now without incident.

right. That's how I do it he here on my set(s) when I'm showing a logo or something. Easy peasy - but like at our church, we've got lots of tv's deployed and already feeding them from the media booth - so port 3 on the video switch is the chromecast. Just switching to it and it's already playing. .

If I go the Roku/USB route, what file format does it have to be? JPEG, MP4... Thanks

@@johnnykang9211 yes jpeg or png for images and mp4 for videos work best for Roku.

Great video. Can I ask which Chromecast this was?

Great info - was wondering how to do that with Chromecast and google photos. It would be great if we could do them in order, not that we really need to. I wonder if it works with videos too?

Very interesting setup. I experimented with but I could not get around my Chromecast device going to sleep after a while of playing the pictures from the google album. Maybe you know how to do it? I've been looking for a setting to keep the Chromecast playing for at least 8 hours and I think it just goes to sleep in 30 mins.

What video distribution system are you using?

If I build a rainproof housing for our 75" Samsung, will it work for an outdoor road sign?

Can show videos too, not only images in the slideshow??

Does the Ambien mode play a single GIF file ? how about a movie file WP4 ? Or only photo files ?

How does this work for multiple screens?

Can you add videos to cast in ambient mode? Or only slides?

Photoshop, Canva, Adobe spark, anything really

can i slide Videos?

No. Set up your chromecast, then keep it connected and powered on.

I know this is an old video but can this be done remotely from a completely different location?

Hi Subin! If you're wanting to do multiview on a single screen, then you'll need a multiview adapter and 4 diffterent chrome casts. 4 inputs - one output to the monitor. Something like this: amzn.to/3aCjEA1 Hope this helps
