The last rotating cloths immediately before the exit are not meant to touch the whole side of the car. They are only meant for the mirrors to try to get any trapped water out.

For most consumers this wash will be satisfactory. I would take a work truck there, but, nothing else.

I go to this exact Tommy's weekly. #GRFam The vacuums are free btw, and the matt washers are really nice.

Our Tommy’s has a $20 per month ultimate wash and you can literally spend all day going back in washing it over and over if you want. I go through 2x and it’s spotless. Also, our vacuums are free after a wash.

My !3ull 5hit Meter Just Spiked. You have Low Speed Rotary 5 hp Motors Spinning at least 200rpm smacking the top bottom and sides of the vehicle. A wet spray would be the least liability in this scenario

I work at a tommys express, our first winter was very busy, especially after it just snowed or rained, you can go thru as many times as u want so most people just go thru again if snow isnt all the way off. We are not allowed to touch anyone's cars when it comes to cleaning them.

How many cars you wash daily ?

Tommys car wash is mediocre at best. It does not get the rear of my truck clean and the worse part is the drying which does a terrible job.

@@ShelbyExotics great because here in Ephrata Pennsylvania there's Mr carwash and when you go there with money, they turn you away. They want your bank account information, card only. Screw that! There's a Tommy carwash being built across town and I was hoping they except all customers, card and cash..

yes, u can buy giftcards that have a code on them, u would just enter that code into your tommys express app, and boom, u will have what u paid cash for. And if u dont want the app u can just come into our office area and we will help u make an account and do business thru our computers instead! U can just buy one wash if u would like too.

@@uqwyd2583 Yeah go somewhere, pay cash for a card and then go back to the carwash... To much effort when you should be able to to just pull out money and simply pay for it. I dont care how deep technology is rooted in this wicked world, cash money has always been and will always be the easiest, fastest and most of all, THE SAFEST way to do business. How can you turn away cash money, the very thing you're in the business to make? What kind of business turns away customers because they have money? I thought i saw all the discriminations americans can throw at you but to discriminate against someone because they wanna spend money? That is ridiculous to the extreme. In my BBQ business, I take cash, cards, checks, and i even excepted a few blank money orders, try that in today's business world. The results, im making money, so much for business. So any business who turns away customers and money should do us all a favor, close your doors and fold because any one in their right mind shouldn't support such a business just like a business who doesn't serve someone because they are racist, or sexist. Americans need to find away to stop hating so much. Especially in business.....

The best business is a business set up to serve all people's. Old school generation who still rather spend money and remain safe and the new generation who doesn't mind putting their bank accounts information out there by useing their cards. Me personally, the closest person on earth to me is my mother and she doesn't have my bank account information, so why in the hell would i put my bank account information out there like that? Hell no!!! Cash, i never leave home without it...

That Tommy shit is nothing more than a marketing machine. Buildings that are too large, in proportion people do not invest in the installation. No proper prewash, but rub the dirt into the car paint. Then people try to make it an experience and people fall into the trap. The fact that the car is not dry everywhere has to do with the contours, that spare wheel is your own fault.

I work at a tommy express, when the wash is in full operation, we never have anyone complain about much expect for our blowers that don't get 100% of your car dry and never will, its a 3 minute car wash, id say 80% or more of your car dry and clean in 3 minutes is pretty good.

Fair review, sadly Tommy’s have something very close to a perfect car wash however the decision makers will not accept and resolve known issues with the final result. A few improvements would put Tommy’s way in front of all the other washes around. Other washes are identifying issues and fast resolving them where as Tommy’s seem to just pitch a sound byte “Trust in the process” This set up also struggles in the South as it does not remove bugs well what so ever.

I agree with "mst3kpimp" acting cheerful is draining, most of the costumer i deal with actaully like the idea of me being laid back and chill with them, ofc u need to be proffesional and have manners, really aslong as u have that 99% of people wont see an issue.
