Haha, your weather sounds like the weather back home in Virginia. We even have a saying: "It's Virginia, if you don't like the weather, hang around for an hour". That's an excellent ruck you've got there. I really like all the pockets on it for organization of gear. Personally, I like big rucks with the MOLLE system, it allows for customizable modularity, enabling you to add what kinds and sizes of pouches you want where you want them; but I do like the big rucks that are capable of carrying more than I'm capable of. I thought your large side pouches were like the rocket pouches on the PLCE Bergens, so they can be zipped together to make a 20 liter ( 2 10 liter pouches ) assault pack. I like my U.S. GI MOLLE 2 large ruck and U.S.M.C. ILBE large ruck ( 5000 cubic inches of capacity each, with lots of MOLLE webbing all around ) with their assault packs which clip and MOLLE on the main rucks. I'm also a big proponent of keeping my gear in various kit bags, which I like to label and group together and put into MAC Sacks ( U.S. military dry sacks which are also compression sacks ) of various sizes, which I also both label and color code ( as you can probably guess, I'm a big fan of surplus, as it's generally superior to civilian gear in every way ). Nice video, I'm glad I found your channel, like and subscribe, looking forward to seeing more of your videos. I have all of my gear ( both what I have and what I'm going to add ) listed and I look at my gear and lists and figure what to include in my kit. Good videos like this give me more ideas. BTW, I really like that really big meds kit. I have large drugs/meds bags and trauma kits, that looks to be an excellent addition to my stuff. Also looks like I saw MOLLE straps on there ( does it have those? It makes it a lot easier to add to my rucks via using the MOLLE straps to attach it to the MOLLE loops on the lid flaps on my rucks ), is that big med bag available for purchase and, if so, where? )

Hi there and greetings from Scotland. First and foremost thanks for taking the time to watch and subscribe. This pack has moved on a bit since this video, it’s weird as it’s been done with far more organization just as you mentioned. I agree with all your points and hopefully you’ll agree as I will remake this video soon. I use this pack as my main instructor pack and then pick and choose what I need from it on a daily basis. I’ve not done much over the past year as unfortunately I’ve been dealing with Cancer but I have had the time to work out what’s important both in my life and with all the gear I have. I’ve invested in some new gear and kit and will be sharing soon with a relaunch of the channel, your comments make me want to get out and get filming as soon as it’s safe.

@@STIXSURVIVAL Oh, man. I'm sorry to hear about Cancer. I was raised by my Grandparents and my Granddaddy died of Cancer ( due to Asbestos exposure when he was in the Marine Corps in WW2 ), almost lost my Granny to it but she passed due to heart disease, and my Aunt, the only family I have left, recently had to undergo surgery for Cancer. I hope a surgery gets it all, it goes into remission, your body responds to Chemo and radiation therapy, something to get that vile stuff out of you. As far as the ruck, can you buy that big meds bag separately and, if so, where and price ( .U.S. Dollars. Your Pounds are worth about twice as much ). Are the pouches sewn on, zipped on, ALICE clipped on, or MOLLEd on? The pouches remind me of the excellent PLCE web gear, mounted on a ruck. I assume it's a combat ruck. Can you add the rocket pouches for the PLCE Bergens ( it appears that you have one on one side )? Anyway, I hope you beat that Cancer. Sending positive vibes and healthy wishes your way, brother. You will be in my prayers. Regards ~ Cthulhu :)

Hi there and thanks for the kind words cancer sure takes it’s toll on families. Hopefully I’ll be good soon as it was caught early. Here is a link to the main pack and it costs around $346 at today’s rates. www.firestormkit.co.uk/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=2676 The PLCE medic pouch can be found here www.308-sniper.co.uk/plce-medic-side-pouch-dpm.html This pouch is $34 at today’s rates. This pack can go go on top or each side of the main pack and attaches with zips (good quality) The side pouches www.cadetdirect.com/kammo-tactical-yoke-harness-side-pouch-daysack These also make a day sack and comes in at $55 These are a bit different to mine as mine come from a Web tex Ultimax Bergen which I also own www.worthpoint.com/worthopedia/webtex-ultimax-135ltr-bergan-dpm-irr-309830682 Around $235 All pouches on the main pack are very well sewn on and when all put together offers very good real estate and organising.

@@STIXSURVIVAL I'm so glad they caught your Cancer early. Nobody deserves that ( well, I can think of a few people, but they have done great wrongs to me, but not you ). I continue to keep you in my prayers and send positive, healing vibes your way. Thank you for taking the time to answer my questions. I'm glad I found your channel. So, when you say that you are an instructor, are you military, train military guys and VIP protection and security ( like the company Black Water here in the U.S. ), have a private school/training course, or what? I have been trained in weapons, hand-to-hand, survival, insertion and land nav with stealth ( what you call TABing ), tactics, cover and concealment, sniping, etc....... by virtue of coming from a U.S. Marine Corps family and having many friends in all branches of service ( I'm from a large military area, where I spent the first 40 years of my life ). I have the field copy sized S.A.S. Handbook that I keep "in-ruck" ( I find it a "must read" for the armed, prepared patriot ), and would love some training from the S.A.S and the Russian Spetsnaz, as well as our own Navy S.E.A.L.S. You guys have a mighty and great military with a track record for victory, and I'm glad we're allies. The best to you, my friend ~ Regards, Cthulhu

Nice video. I like to watch videos on BoB's and inch bags. There are a lot of videos with very small and light kits. In the inch bags I do not think there is a summer category. If you had to leave in the summer and did not bring winter what would you do when it gets cold ?
