Good overview! :) I've got low budget speakers: the Zamkol ZK 306 and the Zamkol ZK 606. The 306 one it is slightly better, but a bit more expensive. In the end, they are both good as well.

I got the Soundcore 2. You wouldn't be disappointed in the sound quality. The bass is decent but not pounding but then again, i listen to metal

Tribit XSound Go like you rank number one a budget priced bluetooth speaker that sounds good for its size and price. It's attractively designed and is waterproof. It manages to play loud for its small size and more importantly, it sounds pretty natural, with decent clarity. I love this may change to this in the near future.

I own a dindin brand speaker. Honestly, it's really good. I've had it for a year so far and I use it for every party! Again it is a better deal than others

I really adore the Anker Soundcore. Features are great and aesthetically beautiful as well.

Tribit XSound Go yields good sound quality and balanced output. Clear bass, clear highs, clear mids. Sounds like "duh" but most speakers fall short in at least one area, especially in this price range. I read lots of reviews and this one seemed to fit the bill, so I bought it.

Anker is a great brand, their rechargeable batteries are top notch

For those stuck on a buying decision, here is some help: As of today (may 24th 2020): Anker Soundcore 2: $23 (Amazon, Wish, New egg) Oontz Angle Solo: $17 (Amazon) Vtin R4 (Blue Color): $15 ($17 with 10% coupon) Sylvania SP262(Refurnished): $15 Oontz, Vtin and Sylvania were recommended alternate options to anker. Vtin r4: could $8+ cheaper than anker, advertised to have 24 hour battery life, long battery life . Multiple reviews indeed report long battery life. Some people complain this unit has lackluster bass. However, there is a video that compares the sound quality of anker soundcore 2 and the Vtin R4 and there is very minimal differences, comparable sound quality . Oontz: some people swear on the sound quality of this brand. “Go with the Ootz, got the first generation and it still rocks,” and “Totally agree, my Oontz Angle 3 gets me SOOO many positive views from majority of folks who can't believe the sound from speaker for under 50 buck” (10 hours of playtime/ battery life) Sylvania SP262: “I bought a Sylvania SP262 for $20. I didn't realize how good it was until I bought a "Monster" bluetooth speaker for $150 from Kohls. Returned the Monster and bought another Sylvania.” (10 hours of Berry life, 80% or over battery life if refurbished)

VicTsing Wireless is the best of all, super cheap and excellent quality, I do not recommend the Anker Soundcore 2 pity sound

Jbl go 2 is a great blue tooth speaker I bought on for £20 (dont know is $) very good but not the loud outdoors
