Insane, but I am not sure. There were some pretty heavy, gnarly, deep ones at Teahupoo
We should all be thankful that The GOAT KS is still in action for our own amusement
4:10 I saw this Kelly one live. I was sitting right there on the beach where he came out in front of the Billabong house. It was pretty crazy. He was amped up pounding his board afterward ecstatic. It's funny because in the video the wave looks decent but in real life it's twice as big!

great video WSL! The standard of surfers on the tour is just crazy....lets face it, anyone, on their day is capable of taking out an event win. All comes down to who the ocean wants to give the best waves too. Winning the world title is another thing altogether.For me JJF just stands out...I mean, for him to miss over half the year due to that injury and still finish top 10 is incredible. We'll never know of course, but it looked like he was well on his way to claiming title no.3! Which makes this year possibly one of the best ever....if the conditions cooperate. With the addition of Robbo...if its overhead and firing barrels..look out! Lol. As for the GOAT....to state the obvious, this guy is unbelievable. Younger generation have no idea how hard it is to do what he's doing at 47 yrs old...its just astonishing. Would love to see him take title no.12 and retire!
Jordy was underscored for his Chopes ride but stoked he made the highlights reel.
I wish the commentating was on the video, Love hearing the judges lose their shit when they get a good one.

Anyone who claims asking the judges for a 10 should immediately be disqualified from getting a 10 imo. Brazilians ( barring Filipe) are so cringey with their claims.
