    Hey man, what's that monitor joint? I know they come with the monitors but I need one separate. Hard to find. Preferably one that can rotate 180° around the vertical axis so I can see myself if needed. Right now I use a little ballhead mount but it's anoying, cause the monitor falls down if you loosen it to turn.

    Does the Viltrox Speedbooster vignette with the Sigma 18-35? I heard that it does, which is a little disappointing for me since the 18-35 is my go-to lens. I have also been looking at the Commlite EF Speedbooster, which is $63 more than the Viltrox. Don't suppose you know if that one vignettes with the 18-35?

    great movie, I have a question, will these accessories work with BMP6k? which set is better Small rig or Tilta? which gimbal is best to choose for BMP6k?

  • @Vooserecords

    @Vooserecords

    4 жыл бұрын

    hi!,yes they work for the pocket 6k as well. Choosing between smallrig and tilta depends on the need. If you ar going to use the tilta nano nucleus then there is a support to use the tilta focus handle that only fits on the tilta cage. smallrig has nato rails which tilta doesnt. They are both great in quality and functionability si it all depends on what you like.

    Here's a question, why is it a must to have an external monitor on this. I understand the issues such as shooting outside. But are there any major reasons other than that to use one over the screen on the camera. I'm a bit restricted on budget so I'm trying to lower the upfront cost and would be looking to pick up a monitor later.

  • @infinitesession5439

    @infinitesession5439

    2 жыл бұрын

    Because the screen on the Black magic won't be always reliable. And if you need a focus puller it will always help to have a external monitor. Plus at certain angles you can't see the monitor in order to pull focus so a monitor is necessary for that. If you're by yourself it's even harder if your aiming the camera at different angles to see the camera monitor. Something I learned the hard way for a client and some shots just looked out of focus.

    The Smallrig doesnt look like it fits as nice as TILTA. Also, I'd suggest the cord connector support protection for the USB port. I've had the cord pop out before installing it, it will screw in and lock the connection.
