Could anyone answer a question? I just bought the samsung book Flex, and everything is up to date, but my outdoor mode is gone. The fn f11 does nothing, and there's nothing anywhere in any of the settings. I lost 200 nits of brightness, and idk what to do?

please please please please please add Bluetooth spen in fold 6! most ppl are just waiting that small addition to join the fold community! even if it is in a case but should be Bluetooth charged wirelessly by the device

Hello samsung i am an s22 plus user from india,my device got 2 lines from a recent update, i have visited the samsung service centre they told me i have to change the display it would cost 12000 rs i cant pay this much money its the companys fault theres not a single dent in my device please give it a serious consideration.

Don't buy samsung coz its not worth your money. I have bought A73 5G within less than 2 years i have lines on my display even after handling carefully not only me even in my cousins phone same brand and service center asks you to change the display for 10-12k Rs and they tell you that it is only you who is facing the problem not others but guess what there were other also at service centre facing same issue 🤦🏻‍♀️ Very bad service 😒😤 Never going to buy any Samsung products after this.. @Samsung

Samsung is the best tech company in the world. Sony, Apple, and on n on literally just has nothing on Samsung.

The Exynos in my s24 is now giving a horrible experience, its heat unexpectedly high when using camera app and playing games. After it got hot the performance and peak brightness downgraded. So plz always beaware from Exynos devices. I will never buy an exynos device

samsung have to do more charity and social contribute, so buddha and god can help you win apple

Poor service experienced from Samsung by giving me an inbuilt damaged phone and they didn't replace even in warranty period

Think twice about purchasing from Samsung. Their customer service is lacking. They over promise and underdeliver.

Samsung team, you should focus more on improved your cameras, this years s24 ultra camera is a joke, even the s23 ultra defeats it. The processing on the s24 ultra is too mild, less contrast, though has good shadows and hdr. Not to mention portraits, Samsung we used to be king of portraits, but other competitors are winning us on this, thw edge detection in the new s24 ultra is badly processed. I use a s22ultra till today, no reason to upgrade to the s24u

Samsung ruined the s24 christ it charged so dam slow now. The ai is over bragged. Its like have a s23 no difference.
