Wow, I filmed this summer 2020 and am just getting around to editing and uploading it! Life has been a bit hectic with changes I was not anticipating. I forgot to show me tucking in, I had family who was ready to eat, we must have ate and stopped filming to finish dinner.

These are great ovens, I own one. I love that they are affordable and they come with everything needed for various fuel options. Plus setting the pizza stone on 4 standoffs allows the heat to better circulate around it while pre-heating and cooking. As with any oven, learning to control the temps with get you to that "sweet spot" for amazing pies. Their customer support is amazing.

I've tried all three methods and the propane/wood combo works the best hands down.
Mine will be here in 2 days. It took me a while to determine which pizza oven would be best for us, your video certainly pointed me in the right direction. Thanks & keep cooking!

Very detailed unboxing, almost can feel it. Well done! Surly useing a turning peel allows you turn the pizza inside the oven. By the way, love the mountain view!

I just received one and I think they changed somethings. For instance the wood tray no longer has those 2 legs on them. Thanks for the video!

I really cannot understand how pellets don’t just fall down to the bottom of the wood tray between the removable tray. Wood chunks I can understand how they sit ontop of the rack; but not the pellets. Maybe someone has tried that. Thanks. Great video btw. 🇨🇦

The grate has small slits/holes that are too small for the pellets to fall through. Pellets aren't horrible, but chunks provide a cleaner burn!
Good instructions but after all that you dont even get to properly see the pizza, would be nice to see it at the end
Does the propane deflector shield stay in when using the wood burning insert?

The deflector is not used with the wood tray 👍
i was thinking of ordering one. im just not really sold on it yet.. whats the biggest pizza you can fit in it?
