The white stuff is Whey Protein Powder. Great way to start your day, instead of cereal or a bagel. Protein makes you less hungry. Im on a low carb diet (not keto) & this helped me lose 140 lbs in 6 mos. Plus have Protein Coffee..but use an already made protein shake like Premier or anything w 2 grams or less of sugar. You mix the shake up as your cold foam w a hand mixer. Its delicious. TT has many varieties of it

It’s Whey protein powder!! I got it at Sprouts 🌱 grocery store. It makes it so the smoothie really is a meal in the morning ❤
