    Great lesson. Fan of maestro Zander and Ms. Dina V. It illustrates the problem in a duet like this where the violin risks downplaying the piano into a mere accompaniment role. But the piece is meant as symphony (sym=together, phony=sounding) - which points at "ensemble" playing (another word for "together"). The phrases where the piano is the leading instrument must be recognised as such, turning the ensemble playing into a conversation between equals. And, yes energy, yes it danced and sang, the second time.

    We loved seeing this in person . We are grateful for B Zander interpretation classes. He is a great musician.

    Yeah, I prefer for politics a toned down expression and a turned up well seasoned inside his head. For Music Zander is No. 1. We don’t need someone too expressive in the White House, we already had that and it was disastrous with his lack of integrity and demagoguery.
