Oh my! I LOVE it when a Baroque wooden flute is played in an aural space with plenty of room for the sound of the instrument to really blossom and fill the immense surrounding space! It sounds so haunting and ethereal! Thank you, thank you! ❤❤❤❤❤❤

Indeed. I studied recorder on college, and playing my instrument from the organ perch in a local church was truly amazing for similar reasons.

Thank you for such a wonderful performance - on the instrument the music was intended to be performed on! Hearing this music the traverso, is so wonderful as opposed to the modern, metal, monster of a thing!

I like the allegro very much and I think it is f-sharp-major but I am not sure... ...anyway the pedal notes fly and speed away and circle forth and back like in a carousel of heaven... Le p'tit Daniel

Looks like a copy of Palanca (but the disinct key shape is not really visible).

There is no match between the phrasing and the unnaturally lento tempo and flapping elbows only shows you’re trapped by your own choices. The phrases are chopped up into mini phrases and there is no interpretive reason to flatten the whole notes. The flute is already a bit under the A of the keyboard. Also the keyboard is chunking out fistfuls of chords instead of lightly figuring the harmonies. Remember a harpsichord is a modernized lute so no reason to slam on the keys. It’s not a snare drum.
