If we all go back to our own places then discuss as an international community next steps for those areas that become overcrowded as a result of repatriation. Together I'm sure the world can come up with better ideas of resolving this issue. But no one country can dictate how things should be. That empire mentality is what caused this problem in the first place. Britain was wrong to send displaced Jews to Arab land. What Netanyahu says is not accurate at all . The only person that is stalling the negotiations is Netanyahu . It is pretty obvious that hamas are not going to give up thier hostages for a few weeks cease fire.......why would they do that ? . They want a proper end to the war and a state for palestinians . They have actually said they will give up war altogether and become a political only organisation in exchange for a state for palestinians , a full cease fire and the return of political prisoners on both sides . The republicans did this deal in Northern Ireland with the UK government and it is a proven model that works . There is lasting peace in Northern Ireland now after 100 years of conflict prior to the deal . Israeli should consider this type of deal for lasting peace in the region once and for all.

That's called Collective Punishment. It's a war crime.

Clearly this is not about the hostages. It's not about Hamas. Netanyahu NEEDS this conflict to continue for personal poliltical reasons. His far right cabinet henchmen NEED this conflict to continue to once and for all rid that entire Strip of all its peoples. The horrific events of 7th October was seized upon and turned into a grand opportunity.

And hamas cannot - and will not - release all of the hostages!!!

Neither side is going to agree to anything that doesn’t completely benefit them. Palestinians are doing so out of honor and Israelis are doing so out of greed. They have more land than they deserve and still want more, sickening. Free Palestine 🇵🇸

Israel was attacked as soon as they declared independence by a coalition of Arab states. They were attacked again last year, and this war is a result of that attack. If the Arabs stopped attacking, there would be peace.
