I'll explain it. Sanction is what the US government does to the bad guys. It's like taking their lunch money. They can't buy or sell stuff with the rest of our club. I am sure this old helicopter was not in regular use. This one with two wings and a single engine, (please investigate if this information is correct or not),was for the important people and the other two were Russian made with double engines with four wings. Does this make any sense. People who were behind arranging this , should be identified. It’s unimportant who is throwing mud at whom at the moment.
