2:16 was one of the most intelligent tackles I’ve ever seen. He knew he had no chance so he just fell down hoping to buy time for his teammates and ended up causing both the runner and blocker to trip over eachother. Most guys would just try to tackle the runner and get helplessly blocked

very good point. I had to play back that a few times to figure out what the tackle was all about. It was counter intuitive, but you are right, it was very smart and stopped the potential TD play.

Yes somebody else was trying to call that a missed block. No it was just a very smart play by the defender. If you've been following the Bengals this year, Chase has a bunch of long yardage catches. Some of them have been on deep balls thrown by Burrow. But a lot of them have just been passes that usually go for maybe 10 yards, but Chase is so fast he turns them into huge gainers. He is unbelievable.

Ryan Tannehill threw an interception on his first pass of the game,his first pass of the second half, and his final pass of the game..

I'm gonna blame that stupid decision to go for it on 4th & 1 that backfired. If everything that happened after that remains the same, the Bengals are about 30 yards further back than that. Oh, and that stupid 2-point conversion attempt too? Tennessee was being too cutesy for no reason.

I’m only 32, but I was born at the very tail end of the 80’s. I grew up through the 90’s and 2000’s which was rough, but I never gave up on my Bengals. Now here we are, about to play for the super bowl. It’s so incredible, I never thought I’d see the day. Obviously it’s something that every fan hopes for, but with the bengals, not really something I expected.

It's amazing that Burrow made it to the SB with that O-line....simply amazing.

Although not a Bengals fan, just happy to see them making it to the AFC championship after so many close ones over the years (Carson Palmer years in particular).

Wish you were here Dad to see your Bengals win their first playoff game in 31 years and go to the AFC Chanpionship game. I know you were watching from Heaven. WHO DEY! (I’m a chiefs fan but my step dad loved the bengals. So this season has been special to me, since he passed March 15th 2021).

He had possession of the ball before it hit the ground or else the ball more than likely would have bounced out of his hand because you can clearly see when the ball touches the ground it didn't move at all, people need to learn the rules its ok if it touches the ground as long as you have possession of it, also there wasn't enough clear proof to overturn the original call.

People knew that Urban Mayer was playing a sick game with Burrow. He was gonna land on his feet no matter what. Absolute worst case scenario: He pulls a Doug Flutie/Warren Moon and wins a couple of Gray Cups before coming to the NFL.

As a Bengals fan I respect the Titans what a game. Two things I respect their defense poor Joe lol and that Tannehill touchdown pass to Brown was perfect. These guys came to play and it came down to a field goal and in my opinion the Bengals best draft pick since Burrow, Money McPherson

As a lifetime Titans fan, I’m sure the world would agree that Tannehill and Downing blew that game. Our defense played lights out considering the offense we were against and holding them to FGs. Tannehill looked like a rookie out there, not reading the defense or taking what they game him. He literally had the Bengals right where we wanted them with 2 minutes left. Just take the check down throws/ FIRSKER was WIDE OPEN. It’s glaring to show what the Titans are missing and it’s a QB and OC without a doubt! They have all the pieces needed to win a Super Bowl. The Titans need a QB. I like Tannehill and am happy to see his resurgence with the TItans. But let's face it: this is probably the ceiling for him and the rest of the team is ready. You sacked Burrow 55 thousand times and he STILL dragged the Bengals to the win. Somehow I don't see Tannehill doing that.

I would say OC should be the one leaving and keep my QB, different and better play calls and those 3 picks would have been points instead of turnovers.

The Bengals and 49ers with two brilliant upsets. Awesome stuff.

Player of the game is McPherson and it’s not close. He is the difference between a win and a loss, not to mention being a clutch rookie in huge moments

Joe Burrow once again stepped on the field and played like a seasoned veteran. He’s played in big games at LSU, and it has really paid off for him and the Bengals. But how this defense showing Tannehill different looks that translate into 3 key takeaways in this game. Great win by the Bengals

The only thing he has to improve is taking sacks when he’s in field goal range. He’s gotta just throw the ball away and take the 3 points sometimes he tries to slip out of a tackle and it ends up costing them a huge sack. But I understand his o line is really bad

If the Titans had kicked the extra point they would’ve won

Even though I watched this game live as a Bengals fan my heart is still racing watching the highlights.... I was like 15 years old the last time I saw the Bengals go to the championship im 48 now lol

I decided to become a bengals fan in '89. been a long hard road back to the playoffs beyond round one. congrats players and fans.

Looking back at this game it really previewed the 2nd Half of the SB for the OLine. They were outstanding the 1st Half only giving up 1 sack then for some reason in the 2nd Half the Rams started stunting and 99 took over
