What an extremely calm and polite cat given the circumstances

I swear these animals understand that Dr. Doug is there to help them. Max is a stunningly beautiful cat. Great adjustment Dr. Doug. I hope you were able to get Darryl Hall’s autograph before he left with Max 😂.

Love how the cat seems to understand what he’s there for…his patiently waiting and allowing the whole process to be administered. He obviously has a great (trusting) relationship with his owner.

That is an impressively confident and trusting cat (and yes, he is very handsome). Max almost seems relaxed for large part of the treatment, and the way he turns to his person whenever he starts to feel nervous is genuinely touching. This is a cat who has been treated with respect and love his entire life, and it's beautiful to see.

Max is such a handsome cat. And very smart. What a sweet boy. So glad he made it through his big fall!

Max is such a beautiful cat, I've never seen such markings on a domestic cat. He was also one of the calmest cats I've seen in this situation. Good work Dr Doug. His dad really loves him and I hope he makes good progress over time. 💓💓☮☮

Please do follow up as to if Max leg movement improved after first session and include viewers in any additional sessions. Beautiful cat and the owner has such concern and love for Max in addition the owner has the right temperament to be able to care for Max the Bengal Cat.

Dr Willen, Max was so calm and you were so gentle with him 👍. He’s dad was a big help, Max is cute and he felt safe and trusted you. Owners can do everything right, and pets can still end up in an injury situation! I can tell the owner is frustrated with their super, but more concerned about Max's immediate health right now. I'm glad Max is in a spot where he can just focus on healing properly.

I had a Bengal who also had a similar calm nature. What a beautiful looking boy. You worked so sensitively with him, Dr Doug, and no doubt Max'll be feeling the difference over the coming days. Even in the last few seconds of this video, he seemed almost 'normal'. Look forward to seeing the update after the next appointment.

I hope max’s limp improves with the adjustment you made. He is such a sweet cat. He stayed so calm throughout the session. I love how curious he was when you used the pressure massager on him 😄

I love to watch Dr. Doug with all of the animals. I think the horses are my favorite to watch. I think because you can really see how much he helps them with the adjustments. I wish that I had a doctor like Dr. Doug near me.

Max is absolutely gorgeous!!! I’m so glad he is getting the help he needs!! To know he fell 4 stories is so scary! I’m sure he feels so much better now!

It's obvious why he survived a 4 story fall. He's a very tough little guy. Super resilient.

I'm so glad Max is getting the help he needs. As an RN, it's disturbing to me to hear that Vets are putting animals who have had trauma on Gabapentin. This medication is NOT pain medication. It's a medication used for seizures and neuropathy pain. An animal who has trauma does not need Gabapentin unless they have nerve damage from the trauma, which is affecting their quality of life. Please do not give your pets meds without looking them up and seeing what they are used for. Ask questions. If your Vet is not willing to answer your questions or treats you wrongly, get a new vet. We need to do better.

Max is a fantastic chill cat!

Max is such a beauty! Bengals are the *second* smartest cat (Abyssinians first) and you can clearly see this, in his intelligent eyes! Dr. Willen as usual is amazing, your manner with Max is perfect, Or should I say purrfect. :) I wouldn't hesitate to take an injured feline to Dr. Willen. Many years ago, I had a regular chiropractor manipulate my little tabby and I never saw that cat so relaxed and stretchable! I could never duplicate it, so I know these methods can help and restore. Thanks for all you do :)

Thanks for helping Max Dr D! I rescued a kitten that was kept in a bathroom 24/7 and he became the office cat and named him Max! What a personality! Trying to get back to watching vids after emergency major surgery. Had no idea it would be this tough to get back in the saddle - still progressing. Please keep us updated on dear Max!
