Dr Umesh Sahgal is a First Founder President of Delhi Laughter Club, who introduced laughter yoga in Delhi first time in the year 2002...first class was started in his colony - Derawala Nagar with the help of Sir Surinder Singh Pammi & Sir Krishan Khanna....they are the Founders....then Laughter Yoga was introduced in Rohini ......Sir Arun Sethi supported to start Delhi Laughter Club.....Later on joined Mrs Neelam Wadhera..... Delhi Laughter Club have been progressing under the leadership of Sir Dr Umesh Sahgal, then Now DLC is progressing under the leadership of Sir Arun Sethi as Dr Umesh Sahgal shifted to Gurgaon, started Gurgaon Laftarians....now Gurgaon Laftarians is progressing under the dedicated leadership and efforts of Dr Umesh Sahgal, We are proud of Dr Umesh Sahgal
