  • @traczebabe

The scriptures do not condone violence or systemic oppression. That is the opposite of God’s word. The oppression and violence that did happen recorded in scripture was against God & His people. Just as it is now. Look around you, where do you see systemic oppression? The violence happening is being done by those who say it’s okay to do violent acts when it’s against systemic oppression. But they can’t name one. Find out all the details before you decide what is oppression. BTW those who were oppressive in the Bible are the exact same groups who have always been oppressive to people throughout time and including now. The elites, leaders, celebrities, politicians. Every country who has been oppressed it has always been by these people. Every time! That’s why this country was founded on God & His word. Not on whomever is the richest.

Nobody uses violence against gay people, the ones who do that are exactly like terrorists that act "according to God or for Him" . God loves all of us and want all to be saved but that doesn't mean to continue living in sin. so in conclusion the true children of God do not use violence against others but they do not hide people the sin that they live in but confront them.

Negates the purpose of good vs evil and having morals. With the logic of "Well people will end up somewhere good no matter what they do," why do we care if people are murderers or pedophiles? What does it matter for people to lead good lives if they end up in the same place as someone who didn't try to do one good thing their whole human life?

The discourse surrounding the transgender movement and the ensuing endeavor to educate young boys about gay, lesbian, transgender, and queer Pride topics closely parallels the trajectory followed by religious indoctrination. This trajectory includes early childhood exposure, akin to proselytizing and preaching practices. Much like religious beliefs, which often champion emotive responses to certain subjects and narratives over objective scientific truths, viewing them as pillars of faith and solace in periods of profound sorrow, proponents of extreme transgender ideologies advocate for the early onset of gender modification through chemical means. However, the question remains whether such chemically induced transformations carry the same detrimental potential as religious indoctrination, which can lead to the formation of unyielding followers, or in the most severe scenarios, incite terrorism. We must bide our time to observe the long-term effects of such physical alterations, including the level of regret among those who underwent surgical transformations and their overall satisfaction and health conditions after one or two decades. Should individuals who have undergone chemical alterations and hormone therapies express satisfaction with their lives after 15-20 years, despite potential health complications, this movement may solidify its place as a socially accepted phenomenon akin to religion. Such a development would exemplify a faith-like system grounded in a blend of pseudoscientific conjecture and mythologized narratives, promoted as metaphorical truths, which are reputedly indispensable for our mental well-being. The same way religious narratives are revered and deemed time-tested, these trans-philosophy may be seen as essential aspects of our psychosocial reality in not too distant future.

This is spiritual warfare a battle for our souls and we need God every second of this battle. The weapon and armor we use is God's Word. If satan can't get to you he will use other people to get to you. To try to tempt you with sin. I also think there is different types of evil spirits that are called demons lust, addiction, anger, depression, confusion, greed and other negative feelings that tempts you to sin and goes against God. Stay strong especially in times of temptations. The second you feel tempted is the second you pray against it. Because if you give satan more than a second he will take that second and stretch it out longer. It gets harder to fight temptation that's why you don't give satan any chances. You pray against temptation the second it enters your mind. Because that's satan tempting you it's not sin to get tempted. Because Jesus was tempted by satan and Jesus never gave into sin. Jesus fought temptation with God's Word. We have to do that too. We can be willing vessels for God or we can be willing vessels for satan. There is no in between. The only way people can be willing vessels for satan is if they give into those temptations to carry out evil. satan likes deceiving people so they blindly keep doing evil without realizing it. It's like being hypnotized willing to do something evil without realizing the true effect of it. The only way you become a willing vessel for God is accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior and asking forgiveness for your sins. Also being obedient to God's Word and putting God first is also important. Then you will feel God as you walk in the Spirit. Ephesians 6:11-12 "11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places." I'll put my moral rectitude as a non-believer up against that of ANY believer. I try to do right. I do not expect any eternal reward for this, nor do I fear any punishment. I do right for its own sake. Morality isn't based on a belief in some non-existent sky god which was created out of the human imagination. I recognize that others are as real as I am, and delight in or suffer from the same things I do. Period.

It's good that you try to do right with the knowledge that you have, but we can never reach the absolute standard of morality because we all sin. Everyone lies once in a while, most people look at others with lust, some people steal, many people have sex before marriage. So even if we lived a life close to perfection, we would have still sinned. And God understands that, that's why He sent His Son Jesus, who is the ONLY possible perfectly sinless person, to represent us and take the debt of the cross for us. The Bible says that the wages of sin is death, so we should've not had eternal life until God gave us His greatest sacrifice to let us into His Kingdom because He knew we weren't perfect.

Thanks for taking the time to engage! We are all in need of forgiveness. That’s part of what it means to be human. Than God is actually willing and able to forgive. You may enjoy this quote by Tim Keller: “You are more sinful than you could ever dare imagine and you are more loved and accepted than you could ever dare hope-at the same time.”

Religious people are like Pharisees nowadays. A pregnant woman in TX needs to terminate a pregnancy (the baby has a fatal chromosomal disorder). The woman could die or damage her uterus. The Christian tx attorney general threatened doctors who would terminate the pregnancy. Many Christians applaud that. Pharisees would applaud that. Christian churches have become legalistic, judgemental, hypocritical, and self righteous. The Church is pushing unbelievers away.
