In one of my previous videos, someone had recommended that I include a view of the screen side-by-side. So here we go.
Perhaps next time I edit a video like this, I will try to make the focus on the screen take up less space, or maybe this is fine. Feedback is appreciated.
At any rate, I was quite happy with this performance. Interestingly enough, I thought the chart for this song was awful the first time I played it. Then, I realized I just needed to crab walk better. It has taught me to do exactly that, and now I find it to be really fun.
My crab walk is getting really good. It sucked for a long time because I didn't want to practice it. Now I realize that the movement can look awesome.
Spoiler. The recording the screen isn't from the same take. If you look really closely, you can see my reflection and clearly see that. But shhh... I didn't say anything.
I was also ecstatic at the end of this, as I had gotten a full combo on the song, even while freestyling. However, I accidentally turned my camera off when I picked it up. The recording of the screen does not reflect that either.
The day I took this I was also drawing quite a crowd of spectators. That was fun!
