A 13 minute video of some of the Mayday celebrations in the town, starting with the Avalonian Free State Choir (about 4 minutes) by the Market Cross.
That's followed by the procession going TO the cross (carrying the Maypole, not shown), then when all are together, the tail end of the procession moving UP the high street, to be met by songs and nice ladies in Beltane costumes. I didn't include the whole procession at this point; it suffered from excessive wobble typical of filming using a handheld camera. I certainly got caught in a grand crowd, when the main procession reached my spot at the top of the high street, as you can see. I practically had to fight my way out! I left that in as I try to create videos as the viewer might experience them as if at the event personally.
As stated, on this occasion I used only my own arms to film this, no monopod or tripod, and no other support at all, and I have used the minimum stabilisation.
