Hi Ramya, The way you explain the reasons for belly fat are very informative. I have a big belly, which i never cared for past 25 years ( after pregnancy). Now i started walking twice a day for 45 min. Even after 2 months my weight & belly fat is not reduced. The worst thing is all my medical parameters ( thyroid, sugar etc) are good. Please advise

Because they do botox and fillers for face,so they look chubby, but for us first fat reduction happens only in face ,last only stomach fat will reduce, depending on age ur face charm reduces , have nutritional foods and good fat that may help little bit,but once u put on weight and u reduce it definitely skin will loose it elasticity, having sesame oil bath weekly once tighten ur skin.
