Mam, Good evening. My name is Deepak Maher & I m 67yrs old. Last two days I hv been doing yr exercises of part 1 & part 2. fr reducing my body wt which is 80 kgs. Mam, I m not able to do all the exercises but by far & large I m able to do. Mam, u hv a wonderful way of explaining the exercises with so much of patience. I m truly thankful to u fr this & hope ver soon I become fit & fine.

Hi ma'am I am Kalyani Gaikwad I am 36 year old Mujhe high Bp ki problem hai last 4year se. Kya mujhe ye exesize karni chahiye. Please Aap mujhe batayga. App ne 6 session bataye hai to 1 session kitane din Karna chahiye or 2en session kab start karna chahiye.
