When I first see it it reminds me my son is a Xennial and I am a baby boomer, and it reminds me of his youth, something about this mural reminds me of kids that grew up not just in Los Angeles, Ca, but I'n southern California in the 1990s it like part of what the Xennials experience in there youth here in L.A .

The city of Bellflower is in the complete wrong here! The property owners own the building. And they paid, out of their own pocket, to put up art on their walls and uplift the community, with positive imagery that the city should be proud of. The city should be thanking them. Leave the mural alone, and paint over the disturbingly creepy city officials.

As Angelino's we respect the work, dedication, and effort taken to create this great mural. However, not sure if you all have noticed, but in the heart of L.A., East Hollywood, and even Gateway Cities have all seen an influx of out of state tourists who become citizens here in L.A., settle down, and then become offended of the local culture and murals representing the L.A. culture, and then take it to the higher ups who have no choice but to comply. It started with Gentrification half a decade ago, and now it's destroying L.A. culture next.

I believe most cities implement LA City municipal codes, since they are part of LA county. Would of been good for the report to specify what part of the code was in violation. Mural code doesn't say much. What is the colors? Words???
