The "Sex, Lies and Rape" article is from 2006, so I daresay that the statistics of false allegations has increased, but I haven't been able to find a summary as succinct as this to show you.
Nevertheless, there are lots of sources on the internet that are good to look into.

As I said in the video, it's important to do your own research. These articles/study compilations are just a snapshot of one side of things and there are loads of other sources from both sides of the aisle that will present different numbers towards this issue. In trying to be brief and not too dense, I left out a couple studies from a man named Dr Eugene Kanin. I listed the name of his studies in the description box for anyone interested. He found that women on two college campuses lied about rape 50% of the time (among other things). The "Sex, Lies and Rape" article is from 2006, so I daresay that the statistics of false allegations has increased, but I haven't been able to find a summary as succinct as this to show you. But I did note a couple research papers in the video description that are interesting. Stats change between countries, so, I tend to use statistics from the USA, UK or Australia. Everyone asks me what I use to research, so more often than not I go with: JSTOR, Wiley Online and Sage Journals. But, I also punch things into "Google Scholar" and see what pings back at me and I go from there! ANYWAY! I keep forgetting to ask what you guys think! Let me know. And, as always, enjoy :)

"They carry things for you" Yes, this is a nice way of saying, they make women's lives better. The majority of construction workers? Male. Garbage collectors? Almost exclusively male. Every utility out there from Sewer to Electricity to Water? Mostly male. Imagine, life with no power, no running sewer, no water, no roads and no new buildings being made. That's basically what would happen if a disease wiped out all men tomorrow. For a few weeks to years until sufficient women were trained by the few women who work in these industries and through self- teaching to be able to fill these extremely important positions. "They smell good" Yes, men have to go out of their way to compete for women. In order to be an attractive guy, you basically need to be "intelligent but not to the point you fail to communicate well with less intelligent people", fit (but also tall, which is mostly up to nature and your food quality supply growing up which favors the rich), funny or humorous (but only socially-acceptable humor that fits her political beliefs), ideally with a good job (preferably great but generally at least-equal to their salary), educated (so you can likely keep that good job and generally prefer equally or more educated than themselves), whose both "kind yet edgy", "friendly yet has a backbone" and so-on, so-forth. A woman? Be kind, caring and be of roughly-average fitness or better. Some men will date women moderately below average if she's kind, caring and seems like a cool drama-free lady.

I have thought of a system that deals with false accusers but still allowing victims to be able to afford to report abusers. It would include a "lying clause" that only applies if the accuser admits to lying, or goes public to defame the name of the accused. The accused would be confidential unless proven guilty. The accuser would be kept confidential unless fitting the "lying clause". The "lying clause" would be a system that seperates the difference between a mistake accusation and a malicious lying accusation.

I had a female partner hit, grab, slap and push me. When I tried to remove myself from the situation she pushed me down the stairs and almost through a window at the bottom of the stairs. I then had to lock myself in the downstairs bathroom to protect myself from her. I called her parents from the bathroom (mistake - I should have just called the police). Her parents arrived and took her away. A few days later the police arrived on my doorstep saying that she had made a complaint against me! I went to a lawyer who told me that in 99% of cases when a man is accused by a woman the man is automatically considered to be in the wrong. He advised that I should just accept the accusation. I decided to contest the allegations anyway in a civil court. The magistrate advised me prior to starting the proceedings that when faced with situations where a woman has accused a man of wrongdoing he would almost always side with the woman because if 'something serious' was to happen in the future and the woman was hurt then he would feel responsible. His decision validated her and gave her the leverage she needed to ruin my ability to work in my chosen career (she worked for one of my clients in a very tight knit industry). My life was effectively ruined. My ability to earn money was destroyed. I was the victim of domestic violence and the system supported the perpetrator and allowed her to destroy my career. I developed depression and a synical view of life and relationships. It took me many years to trust another woman in a relationship and some of the damage done is still with me today. Funny thing is that when I first met my abuser she told me about how a former partner had abused her and that she had gone to the police. I of course sympathised with her.... Silly me. That poor guy was probably also a victim of false allegations like I was!

Rosie John Sadly there are genuine female victims who got raped or bashed etc by crazy men and did nothing, said nothing to cause the attack. But they will never be able to tell their tale of genuine woe and get much needed help and support. Because it all goes to the fake cases. The system gets a certain amount of Government funding which must be used so that they can get more next year, so they spend it all frantically on any fake cases at all, just to be able to say they need it and have a case to get a bigger allocation of funding. That is how many government departments operate, especially ones like welfare agencies that do not make money, like tax does, but are dedicated to spending it and often waste it on unworthy, unnecessary things eg all this money wasted on women's domestic violence stuff and female and Immigrant and child welfare etc. It all needs to be radically slashed. Spend more on older Australians, housing for the real Australians who are homeless, not keeping Immigrant criminals etc in luxurious, palatial accommodation as soon as they arrive, spend it on better defence against foreign threats eg China etc and stopping illegal immigrants, reducing energy costs etc. Build better infrastructure, better cybersecurity and communications etc. There are so many good things the government could spend taxpayer money on, other than services for women, kids, immigrants, who need to fend for themselves. Maybe force Migrants to learn English and fund this or teach women and kids how to be safe and make do with less, build better and more public education facilities in poor urban and remote rural locations, more medical facilities in country areas that are very lacking in essential things like medical help.

This kind of stuff happens both ways, men have accused women falsely of crimes before. My ex boyfriend made 2 false statements and withheld and deleted evidence in order to get me arrested for “stalking” which I was not guilty of. He put it all over online and I’m not even allowed to say anything about him constantly slandering me because he has a restraining order on me. He’s destroyed my life over the last year. Someone falsely accusing you of one thing like this is such a horrendous experience. It goes both ways though, I’m a woman and my ex boyfriend falsely accused me and ruined my life

If there ever was a truer statement I couldnt find one. And women years from now will wonder why they're still single with 30 cats and every man that passes by treats them as if they have leprosy. What's in it for a man these days? A cheating girlfriend or spouse, divorce and loss of income in alimony and peace of mind, and never getting to see your kids or having a viper like ex turn them against you. And now we can add false accusations to the list. From a personal experience and horror stories from friends and family it's something that will make you pump the brakes on any new interaction with a woman these days. Of course that doesn't include every single woman out there because that would be disingenuous at best, but it's becoming harder to find another fish in the sea when they're surrounded by sharks.

Oh my god, I love you! This video just popped up in my recommended, and I am so glad I watched it! I’m from the UK, and have been falsely accused of rape. I’m one of those “vile rapists” that “lied” in court and went to prison. Even though this happened, I am still one of the lucky ones. I am lucky because my entire family and all my friends know that the allegations were completely made up, and have supported me from the very first day over a decade ago, when the allegation was just a rumour spreading round the area I lived. Even now I’ve been released from prison and am on license, I still have the full support of my family and friends. BUT it has still completely destroyed my life. I can no longer return to the place I was born and raised, where said family and friends live. I can’t go home. Well not until my license period has ended. Not that I would want to live there again, as I am now very well known in that area… This, again, is where my family and friends are supporting me. I have managed to rent a place to live off of someone who has known me a very long time, and knows that I am not the sort of person that would or could do what I was accused of. I have strict rules I have to follow, set by the probation service. If I break any of these rules, or ANY laws (including very minor offences, like speeding in my car) I could be sent back to prison for the rest of my license period! I have to have weekly meetings with probation so they can check up on what I’m doing. The police can come to my house at ANY time of day with no prior warning, to check what I’m doing. Both the police and probation can go through my phone, iPad and computer as and when they wish, and I can’t say no. If I get into a relationship with someone, not only do I have to tell them about my conviction almost immediately, but I have to tell probation so that probation can make sure that I have told that person about my conviction. When I’m applying for a job, I have to tell them about my convictions if they ask, if I don’t, that’s a criminal offence and back to prison I go! Imagine how well that goes down in job interviews! “Have you got any convictions?” “Yes, rape.” “Thanks for your time, bye!” No one ever does, or ever will, hear me out after saying that. No one will listen to my side, because the jury in court believed her story and fake tears over the truth, in an employers eyes, I did it. And it’s not just employers who think that way, anyone who has had no dealings with the judicial system in this country, or doesn’t know anyone who’s been falsely accused of rape, takes what is said by the courts as 100% true, and they will never listen when you try to explain things. I have had to completely change my identity, just so that I can move on with my life. New name so the “victim” can’t search for me on public records. New area so I won’t bump into them and have more lies told about me. New car so they don’t know the number plates. New everything! I was the only person in my family that could have carried on my families name, now I might never have the opportunity to have kids, let alone pass on my actual surname! Whilst I was in prison, my grandfather sadly passed away. I wasn’t allowed to attend the funeral, because a grandparent isn’t classed as immediate family in the eyes of the prison I was in. I never got to say goodbye to him, because of someone’s sick and twisted lies. I completely agree with you about the ‘Believe all women’ stance that a lot of countries have adopted. Why is it so easy to believe a man is lying when he says he didn’t rape someone, but so hard to believe a woman is lying when she says she was raped, but doesn’t remember a single thing about the supposed rape! There is another 2 things that needs to change (in the UK at least, I don’t know if it is the same in America.) In this country, a woman reporting a rape to the police WILL get compensation, even if there is no conviction. The woman is helped by police to fill out the application for compensation at the first point of contact. That means at the same time they report the alleged rape, and BEFORE a suspect has even been looked up on the police computer! Compensation needs to stop. Germany stopped giving compensation to people claiming to have been raped, and rape allegations dropped dramatically almost overnight… Coincidence? The other thing in this country that needs to change is anonymity. A woman who claims to have been raped will be granted LIFE LONG anonymity, even if she is proved to have lied (look up the case against Liam Allan.) However, the person she has accused will not be granted anonymity at all. Even if they’re proven innocent! It needs to be changed to at least anonymity for the man till they’re found guilty. Otherwise, they will have their name dragged through the dirt, and that dirt never washes off, even if it is proven they’re innocent. To anyone reading this that is currently being investigated by the police for a crime they didn’t commit, keep your chin up. I won’t tell you that the truth will come out eventually, like I was told countless time by everyone, because it may never come out. But please stay strong. You’re better than them! Your life may be in tatters right now, but you will be able to rebuild it. It won’t be easy to rebuild your life, but you can and will do it! I believe in you. ❤️

Crow Herald - This would get quite sticky as the sheer amount of variables involved could be countless. There was this one case of a young girl that was charged with man slaughter not that long ago in the U.S. when her boyfriend killed himself. But there was a ton of evidence including dozens of texts (and voice recordings) of her saying things along the lines of "don't be a coward... just do it." To which, he did. The law is base around intent. With false accusations, they may have been made to defame but not to kill. Unless the accuser left evidence that plainly stated that the hopeful outcome was suicide the courts couldn't prosecute. Making false accusations is atrocious but you can't disregard personal responsibility. I take issue with a grown person harming themselves (or others) because of something awful that happened in their lives. Bad things happen to people all the time and they don't off themselves or anyone else.

I've got a good one...My roomate, when he was still with this physco wife had this happen. She's pretty nutty so it's not uncommon, while they're arguing for her to be flailing her arms around trying to hit him. This was happening and he grabbed her arms to keep her from hitting him. She was so incensed by this she started running up and down the hallway of their apartment yelling, and I quote, "call the police, he's beating me, he's beating me". So, of course, the cops show up. She acknowledged he never hit her. He explains that she was flailing her arms around (because she's bi-polar) and he simply prevented her from striking him. The cop looks at her wrist, sees what he thinks is a bruise, it wasn't and arrests him. He was charged and convicted for domestic assault, again...she acknowledged that he never struck her, went to jail and had he not been laid off he would have lost his very good job. I knew this woman was a nut and cautioned him that she would eventually destroy his life. That wasn't even the end of it. They're now going though a divorce and...yep you guessed it, the domestic assault charge is being used against him. There are multiple accusations to discredit him and even everyone in this household have had CPS cases brought against us. (they have two kids together and we've all pitched in to help while he's working 10 hours a day 90 miles away) Yea....she's totally nuts.... The sad thing, this isn't the only situation I've seen happen to men I know and there are actually a lot of them. Could some of the men be lying, of course. But in the case of my roomate...I've seen her become nuts and violent. She deserves to be in prison but the system will probably give her the kids.... Thanks #metoo!

Having been falsely accused myself, I know all too well how bad it can affect your life even after the smoke has cleared. Digital rape (with fingers), sexual molestation of a family friend's 10yr old girl... Why? The mother owed me a fair sum of money. A mere $3250 dollars. Her solution was to put her daughter up to making a false report. Thank god the story changed several times in which the alleged actions became less and less as time went by and for once a prosecutor took note of those changes. Even after the dismissal, and spending more money to have my record expunged, there are ZERO consequences to the mother or the child. NOTHING. The whole ordeal cost me tens of thousands of dollars to clear my name, my job, damn near cost me my family, all due to a loan of $3250. Sadly, people remember I was charged but not that it was dismissed. So I live in that shadow as well. I get the joys of living with this for the rest of my life. I suffer a sort of PTSD as I am now terrified of children under far too many circumstances. ---Just my two cents.

The vast majority of false accusations never go to court, they remain at the police level, the lie is detected by the police and the accuser is forced to recant. It obviously must be very unpleasant and possibly traumatic but there is the possibility of coming back form that, especially since there is minimal destruction of reputation (police records are not made public). The real problem is when these cases go to court. Nearly all of them are weak cases and end with a not guilty verdict but those are public records. You can never fully clear your name and the process is so long and demanding, it's very likely that you will have lost reputation, your family or your job.

One of the quotations from an interview with an MRA in Casey Jaye's The Red Pill was something like "most MRAs started as feminists until they saw what feminism was actually about." A male feminist will think a rally on domestic abuse is great but it should include men. They will be yelled at for making it about men and told to have their own rally for their own causes. So, the man will try to make a rally to bring awareness about male domestic abuse victims. And the same feminist will yell at him for being a misogynist and taking away from female victims. And then the man will realize he's not actually a feminist, because he believes in equality. Which makes it ironic when feminists attack MRAs and anti-feminists since those groups usually are preaching the same message as feminism but not being gender-specific.

The next morning I was wakened and escorted out of my own house by U.S. Marshalls and told I would be given a hearing in 2 weeks, and that meanwhile I was not to contact her, even though this now meant she had my house. At the hearing she admitted she had lied, and I got to move back into my house, yet the restraining order stayed on my record AND nothing happened to her or her sister for making up the story. Rape, sexual assault, and domestic abuse are not women's issues. They are human issues. Both women and men can be victims of these horrible crimes by men and by women. We need more shelters for men to escape domestic abuse situations and we need more severe jail sentences for women that commit crimes. We can't create a system that allows people to falsely accuse without severe consequence and we also can't create a system that makes victims fear coming forward for fear of being arrested. Both are witch hunts. People that make false claims should serve a fair amount of jail time if it can be proven that it was malicious intent. The accuser always has the burden of proof whether they are proving rape/sexual assault/abuse or proving they were falsely accused with malicious intent. I'm not going to pretend this system is perfect- I know it is not. There are, unfortunately, going to be guilty people that go free and innocent people that get locked up. But evidence is the only chance we have to figure out the truth.

This is why i hate this new wave feminism bullshit. It is toxic to the core. To suggest that all men are inherently bad and all women are angels and never lie is creating a society that is horrendous. All they want is to swing things cimpletetly the other way where women are the overlords and men are the peasants that should be treated like gutter trash and less then human. Hell i know women have had to go through manh things in the past, however historically they have been respected in most societies, although that is hard for some people tk fathom as they judge history by todays standards when in actuality you need to look a little deeper with fresh eyes.

My great grandma was part of first, second, and third wave feminism until around + or - 2000 when she stopped. Not because she died, but women started to do petty issues and fake issues that didn't advance equality anymore. She got very mad when the "kill all men" and "kill all whites" thing was going on. She was part of the civil rights movement too and she said that this isn't what it was about. She said something to the effect of "by saying all, you just made a sexist or racist statement. Just put a different race or say women and see how it sounds. If you would get offended by that; you shouldn't say it the first way because it is the same thing, just with a different race or sex that you are talking about. Get offended at both or at none, don't pick what you're offended by." Now, this was coming from a woman born in 1903 that lived through a lot of the begging of feminism and the civil rights movement. The old generation that everyone calls racist and sexist.

Yes and no. The above was talking about the ideas that they had, and not how they went about acting. They did have radical ideas, however; they had an end goal they were working towards. Now days feminists don't have an end goal. They want equality, but they already have it. They use petty issues that happen to men and women, but ignore men because "they have the power". They look at issues that whites and non-whites have, but ignore whites because "they have the power". You could reason with a first and second wave feminist because they used facts to get their point across. A third wave feminist arguments fall into how one feels and you can't prove or disprove that. Sciences is ignored by them because it doesn't follow their feelings and language is changed to have words fit their definitions. That is what I think my great grandma had a problem with, real issues that had a point compared to how someone feels and an outrage culture that demonizes a person for being part of the "powerful elite" as if they choose the way they were born. P.S. Not being mean here, just looking at it from what I got from her.

Jackson Alvis not necessarily. Thanks to feminism (which I hate) 50/50 custody is the assumption in my state. My ex became physically abusive to me while I was pregnant and his report matches mine. He pled no contest in court and because the violence was not to or in front of the child, we share joint custody by a half an hour. I also “babysit” for free which means I have my son 6 out of 7 days but I only get half of the child support due. I was diagnosed with PTSD this pregnancy because my baby is due the same day as my first baby and the covid lock down happened during the same time of year as the abuse I suffered 4 years ago. I am remarried and I completely trust my husband because I know that one individual (my ex) does not represent an entire group (men). It is absolutely terrifying sharing my son with my abuser but right now that is my only option. Every relationship is risky which is why it is so important to trust your gut and only allow yourself to commit to someone who is respectful of you and of themselves.

My husband was accused of sexual assualt and stalking in college by a girl he bumped up against on the campus bus when it hit a bump. He was hauled out of his dorm room in handcuffs in front of the entire dorm and eventually kicked out of the school. His lawyer got him a plea deal with no jail time or anything if he pled guilty to misdemeanor battery. It still fucked up pretty much his entire life. He moved back home, went to therapy and straightened himself out best he could from the mental and emotional trauma of the whole ordeal, and applied to other schools so he could move on. He got into William and Mary. Then they heard what happened at the other school and withdrew their offer of admission. That was beyond difficult to recover from and overcome. Ten years later, after we were married, he applied to and got into his dream graduate program and then, two days before he was set to start classes, he got a letter from them saying that yeah, heeeeeey, sorry, but we heard about what happened at that other school and we don't want you here. No graduate school for him. And oh, yeah, every job he's ever applied to since has made him check the damn box and explain what happened, landing this brilliant mind of his trapped at Domino's for over a decade instead of in a nice office at a law firm. All because an insecure, terrified chick who didn't know how to function amongst other people freaked out on a bus. No, I don't believe SHIT women say. Rape is probably only provable if a man uses no condom, attacks the women out of an apartment, and the woman calls the cops directly so they can examine her and see that some guy has come inside her and take DNA evidence. If you just had sex at an apartment the man can just say "But it was with consent" and it will be a word against word case resulting in "believe the person that cries the best". It all boils down that sex is generally never done around witnesses, so proving something is hard.

There was no evidence for it but the male teacher went to jail for 5 years, lost his job and one year after he got out he died of a heart infarct. Than the court noticed that they maybe made a mistake, because the female teacher was already known for false allegations. So she went to jail for 5,5 years and the male teacher's mother got like 40k€ compensation. I know it is only one case, but THIS happens when we just "believe women". Next violent criminals surround me and order me to vacate my premises and become homeless because the creepy woman wants it that way! So now I'm homeless and threatened with violence from people I dont even know. All because I didn't want a peeping tom perving on me in the shower! She has said on many occasions that the majority of the time the woman is lying and just trying to get back at someone. As said in this video, the problem with this is that it then discredits the genuine cases as people just start to thinking because the last 7 claims were false the next claim probably will be too. If cases want to be taken more seriously then people need to stop making false claims to try and “get back” at someone. It’s all to easy to shout rape unfortunately and this only creates a problem for the genuine cases and innocent people.

However, when a 30+-year-old woman teacher does the same thing with a 13-year-old student (Which turns the charge from "Statutory rape" to actual rape... for a man, anyhow), the headline reads "Teacher and student have an inappropriate relationship."

The problem is that it lists those that are PROVEN false, it ignores those that are thrown out because it cannot be proven one way or the other, so it needs to be contrasted with those that result in actual convictions.

This. THIS is why the concept 'Innocent until proven guilty' is used. And i've seen it with many people. They see something on the news. Doesn't even have to be rape or assault. Can be any crime. And the accused is immediately shunned and shamed without a proper chance in the legal system. Though it seems despite how fair the legal system attempts to be, a mere accusation does enough damage. I don't believe in God, but I would pray for every single person that has honestly been assaulted or raped and those who have been falsely accused. These feminists are so disgusting that they will defend those who completely dishonour and essentially mocking those who have been truly harmed.

Our Canadian Prime Minister is a feminist. He promoted members of parliament to fill a gender quota. Not based on skills and experience. Now we are left with a moronic government. It should always be the best person for the job. Leave gender, race and skin color out of it.

While serving in the British Army I was falsely accused of rape by a fellow soldier (she was female) and after she admitted lying about me, forensic evidence proving my innocence and my other facts proving I did nothing wrong I was found guilty of attempted rape by Court Marital (the charge of rape was changed to attempted rape during the trial). This was in 2012, I was dishonourably discharged and sentenced to 4 and half years in prison. As of writing this I have been diagnosed with PTSD, depression, anxiety and many other mental health issues are hampering my life. The good news though is I am married to a wonderful woman and have a beautiful son and two lovely daughters. Sidney, keep up the good work on explaining and expose the people who really do ruin lives of innocent people! It's calming and reassuring to know normal people still exist.

I got lucky because my false accuser while I was active duty couldn't get the day and time right, she guessed days where I was working. Otherwise, no evidence needed and I go away or get a dishonorable at the very least. The military is held to a higher standard, and they are actively trying to kick people out all the time. Why? They want the absolute best that fit their idea of what the best is. If a girl accuses you, well where there is smoke, there is fire to them, and to save face from not doing anything, they throw the male member under the bus or tank, whatever works.

She would start a fight, call the police, tell them he hit her, threatened her, whatever it took to get him put in jail for a night or two!! Then she'd rob him blind!! Steal whatever she wanted!!! She did it twice I know of, maybe 3 times!!! Makes it hard to trust women!!!!!!

I met five girls in my life that shared with me the weight of being sexually abused..... One of them was caught lying for SEVEN years, telling me one version, her ex boyfriend other, another friend other and a teacher another one..... The other one claim it was recent but she did not wanted to press charges, but she is empowering herself by starting pole dancing and marching against all evil men..... and one of them claimed she was sexually assault during her sleep by her ex boyfriend and then she told me she lied and she lived it when she was 15...... but she is also empowering herself by marching, hating all men 'cause they are the source of all evil and at the same time working on her new only fans content 'cause she is a wannabe model, actress, and she is pretty so she deserves everything in this life for being a gorgeous, symmetrical face, big ass woman that has suffered so much and deserves everything free 'cause pretty privilege.... while the other two girls had just mentioned it twice and are having problems with depression, anxiety PTSD and stay to stay out of social media and as well as me, know that here in Mexico, even though you are a survivor to childhood sexual abuse, no one believes you or care about how you feel.... as a woman that has to outgrown life with that past it is really hurtful and depressing to see this girls lie about something as personal, delicate and life changing as abuse just to get attention, victimhood and benefits of a big lie like that..... I believe women like that have a very special place in hell or in afterlife.... what depresses me the most is that people here in Mexico usually believe them more and they are the kind of women that believe they can smart out everyone and can get away with this horrible false accusations >:( those women are not women at all, they are less than humans!!
