This was a brilliant video Absolutely brilliant ! It’s not happened over night either it’s been coming for a long time the government agenda. They also laughed at women and women didn’t see it whilst putting men down. They made a man women of the year two years running but women clapped and rejoiced because they where brainwashed by emotions leading up to the kartrashian guy accepting the award. It was that bad that Instagram on the day would block anyone posting anything bad or negative about the award who says that we are not being controlled by government /media. Then I’d was the girls wanting to be in the boy brigade even though they have brownies hmm then it was women wanting to be involved with football(soccer) awards ceremony night. Which meant that men where not able to be men on a lads night out. Sit there a shut up no jokes about women or anything. So in essence men couldn’t do what the do best which is have banter. Now you have women as referees etc doesn’t anyone get it that when women get together and men get together they talk about different things. Once you bring a woman into a mans domain ie lads night out the conversation changes and men can’t be themselves which impacts the woman as then she feels awful. It’s not a battle of the sexes. Now it’s been ramped up by gender equality which won’t produce the same outcomes plus it won’t produce the same amount of women and men in jobs or what ever gender they have come up with now. Ok if a woman does the same job that’s fair she gets equal pay but to say it a blanket thing is bad. Science and nature proves the process of men and women.

Equality? Not anymore. It's gone completely the other way where its now a huge disadvantage to be a white male. Unemployed for 18 months, going to my job provider (all women staff), then going to social security (again all women staff except the security guard), then going shopping ( at least a 80% female employment rate). It's like this everywhere I go now. Companies are falling over themselves trying to prove how "equal" they are by employing females (even in male dominated disciplines) purely on their gender. Fueled by extreme left wing media propaganda hosted by feminist management and reporters. Bonus points for employing female migrants. Time for me to identify as a female and put some apples under my t-shirt.

As 16 year old male it definitely hurts when modern media kicks me while I’m down, tells I suck for being male, then beats me again for good measure.

As 16 year old male I've learned to not care about the fuckers who wants nothing but feel better after pushing you down. You need to change yourself in a better way, not just in physical form (hard for me), but also in your worldseeing (you're not a man, who gets a benefits from a patryarchy, you're just a 17 yo person, who happens to be a male. That wasn't you to choose, how you was born, maybe they should blame your mom for that then? (I don't mean, that they should, I just mean that you simply need a barrier from any kind of toxicity))

I can’t say I’ve liked many of the recent dominant female characters in media recently. Hollywood has been celebrating WHAT we are, not WHO we are.

To be honest i think they are written exactly as what they think strength is : Entitled, narcissistic, being born in to privilege, not having to train to get anywhere and everything being handed to you, thinking you're better and good at everything you do and everyone telling you how great you are, thinking they are morally superior, and bitter and resentful when others dont act the way they want. It's like women have become the male heros of ancient stories. Like they just win at everything because they are themselves. Great video. I'm sick of Hollywood, they destroyed cinema industry, forced inclusion with unrealistic scripts, 75% cgi, destroying classics. I had enough. Yes, James Bond is one of the rarer instances we're his sexuality (and specifically his attitude towards women) _is_ a defining characteristic, and, therefore, swapping the gender would not work. Alien series is the only collection of movies where I did not even notice who was male and who was female. I referred to everyone by the character name.

I've been viewing a LOT of videos like this one, made by men AND women. The agreement between you all regarding woke feminism is astounding. It's one of the most toxic ideological movements I've experienced in my 67 years (woke feminism I mean -- not your reactions to it). A huge problem is that americans think this is a real left, that being a leftist equals woke culture (and it's spreading to other countries). But it doesn't. A left, a real left, is supposed to protect workers from exploitation and enforce workers' unions, give veterans a subsidy, give people a job, impose more taxes on rich people so that poor people don't have to pay more, fight for public healthcare etc.

I dunno. I think that the training montage showed her keeping up with the guys finally, but what set her apart was her cleverness. She can't match the men in sheer strength, so she has to think her way around problems. Using the weights together, starting the avalanche, etc. She never really overpowers an enemy or wins through brute force. That's what feminist movies do wrong: They force female characters to beat men at what men are good at. Problem is that it devalues what women are good at.

Hermione was the most intelligent out of the trio but she ALWAYS reminded Harry that HE was the one who had to defeat Voldemort, and supported Ron by making him feel more confident. She never tried to do something without them, rather she was sure they needed to work as a team, and she was next to them, not below, not above. Even after the other two would always recognize they couldn't do it without her, she used her intelligence to compliment Harry's and even Ron's personal skills. That's why I loved her and she was my role model as a kid.

There were certain aspects of Hermione that I didn't like, but they had nothing to do with her being female. She was often dismissively arrogant, especially toward Ron, and treated people less intelligent than her as either someone to be pitied or dismissed. But see, those are personal traits that I dislike in men as well. And despite this, there was no denying that she commanded respect for how she developed herself and worked with those around her. Sort of like an arrogant quarterback who thinks they ARE the team (something I hate) but nevertheless works with the team such that all members succeed (something I admire). Hermione personifies what I'd see as the ideal feminist: don't tell her she CAN'T do it, but also know that she is as prone as anyone else to being less than perfect. What we've gotten with woke culture however, is that nothing is perfect UNTIL it involves a woman.

You're also meant to relate and empathize with Katniss, but the books make no attempt to gould you into thinking she's the best at everything or too good for everyone else. She very much isn't! And much of her weakness is criticized and called out by the other characters. There is a reason why the plan to escape in the second book was hidden from her. And why she wasn't allowed to rescue Peta and why she wasn't really in charge of anything. Because while her passion and desires are noble, she also lacked the experience and maturity to channel thay passion effectively. She is, after all, just a kid. And to expect she could effectively lead other soldiers into battle or carry out complex plans with high stakes was a rediculous notion and I'm glad the author didn't go for that. In other words, Katniss was allowed to be a human being and behave in ways that were appropriate to her character based on her age and the book's themes. She was allowed to make mistakes. She allowed not to be liked by other people. She was allowed not to be trusted. She wasn't there just to be a strong character for its own sake, but to tell a particular story with a specific message about image, media propaganda, and hero worship.

There's also the unintended consequence that the real message little girls get is that if they are not perfect at birth, then they are failures. Do you feel unsure of yourself or fear; then that's not a normal human experience there's something wrong with you. You tried something and didn't ace it, then their's either something wrong with you OR the game is rigged. And if the game is rigged you work to get the rules changed because the only reason for your failure MOST be that the system is against you. That message, that you are secretly great but that the system is against you, is a horrible message. Because the woke focus on the 'you are great' part; but in reality you are not born great. You have to work and earn it. So when people fail (as they must) they blame 'society / the system'. Social change and progress is good, but the real message here becomes you are powerless in the world. All the power lies with society, you have no control of your life; only the 'others' do. Silly Ideas like 'Shonen must be full of Boys and only be for Boys' hold back the Quality. No, they’re allowed to be good female characters who embrace the fact that they’re female, yall are just misogynists

I never really understood why I didn't find many of the recent "woke" movies och tv-shows entertaining. But you really managed to make me understand why. There isn't much depth in the new female characters among other things . Great video, good work!

This was wonderfully presented 👏🏽

In the original version of mulan, she isn’t stronger than the people around her but uses her wit to succeed. The new mulan is just inherently stronger than everyone she comes across.

And in the original, she doesn't have super power and she is aware that she is physically inferior to men. But she still pushes through and saves the day by mind and will power. THAT was the part that was so empowering. The hope that average, everyday women can also follow this path, accept their limits and still rise. The new Mulan has superpowers and is just superior to everyone. At the end of the movie, you're just left thinking that: "God, if I had superpowers... But I don't".

Exactly!!! When I first watched the original Mulan I was so inspired and empowered by how despite being the weakest among her peers, she pushes through to sacrifice and fight like nobody else. the real power does not come from sth supernatural, it is all about mind and perseverance.

I always thought real heroes didn't care about "taking credit" they just wanted to see good prevail over evil, there was always those lines "no need to thank me, im just doing my job" etc :)

The thing I find most disappointing is assuming that women who are soft, demure, self sacrificing and naturally quiet souls are a scorn on womanhood. Some women have these character traits and it makes them wonderful caretakers of others, which we also need in society. It's a character trait many men lack which is why most men seek these traits in women, as a compliment to their own traits. Not every woman needs to be a literal Wonder Woman.

Amen to that! The balance of softness and strength, demure and relentless, self sacrificing and confidence, plus quiet yet with actions that speak louder. These are just some of the real life qualities that make women great - which got lost in woke feminism

Great Video; this Planet really must learn the difference between supposed strong Characters and strongly-written Ones! BUT im worried about the Consequences of pushing this fact under the Umbrella of the extremly-vaguely-defined Word Woke. Even if we ignore the Fact Homophobics and/or Super-Rich have already politicized this Word and JUST point at a Thing they disliked and said 'Its Woke! Get it!!', we're still left with Problems.

Just like Ripley and Connor showcases us, portraying them as truly women is what made them so great to begin with. They didn't become icons by denigrating men, but by showing they are effeminate characters who would still act like real, strong women in such situations. To note that no male character would win sympathy over the audience by denigrating women...

Same here, all my woman friends tend to stare weirdly at me after I tell them that I think that feminisms in movies is for the most part badly executed. Then they let me feel like I’m being sexist :(

You explained the issue very very well. Hopefully this will lead to better stories.

I really admire the elastic girl from Incredibles 2. She is a mother and a wife, that makes her highly relatable. But the reason I like her is that she is intelligent and mature, she knows how and when to use her powers and on top of that, she loves her family.

I really like seeing how Mr. Incredible struggles and learns to be a stay-at-home dad, and how he finally accepts support from friends. It makes me realize the hard work Elastigirl must have gone through, and makes me appreciate both her and Mr. Incredible for it!
