Simple. Rwanda should countersue the congo for the cost of hosting hundreds of thousands of Congolese people which the regime in Kinshasa refuses to allow back to their ancestral homes. It has turned them into stateless people, which is prohibited by international law.

Yea, once they become rich and self sufficient. The so called African leaders take bribes from west for mining resources and can't even feed their own people and need western aid to survive
