@@stevencorey143 Not sure the UFC want to load UFC 300 with title fights. Title fights can easily go 25 minutes and 3 or 4 of them back to back has the ability to really ruin the energy of a card.

Regardless what ppl think, Bhlahal deserves the title shot more than Islam or Shavkat, objectively.

Belal should get Colby, he's been building that fight for years, give it to him Edwards has to be pissed at Oliveira, Makhachev w/ no weight cut is a wrap for Leon's "reign"

Why do people dislike Belal's fighting style? I would encourage everyone to go back to the night that Belal beat Luque and compare that to the night he was losing to Leon. The guy revamped his stand up through footwork. He trained with the Dagestani's until his wrestling and cardio were elite enough to grind out a take-down domination fight against wonder boy. The guy is the best, most complete fighter in the division.

The Sean Brady fight is his best performance to date in my opinion

Its actually disgusting how bad the ufc community is. I get selling a fight and being a showman are big parts of it now, but really this much? Belal has EARNED that shot. Islam hasn't. He needs to stay in his lane for christs sake. Dude has 2 title defenses against the sane guy from a lower weight, first one most argued after the fight that Islam lost it, and 2nd one he dominately beat a guy who trained on short notice. I'm a big time Islam Makhachev fan, so perhaps my opinion is skewed his way. However as a long time MMA fan I'm over the Champ Champ thing. Please guys, stay in your division.
