When I was in the final stages of my divorce, my soon to be ex-husband and I were trying to figure out who got what as far as material items. I was in a better financial position than he was and he was whining about what he wanted. I finally said you can take everything up un here, I just want you to go! I kept the formal dining room and that was it. Refurnishig the whole house, including washer/dryer Lol, was worth my peace and not to go through stuff like this. Sleeping on the floor for a few days was so worth it!!!

JM allowed this man who had no basis for a lawsuit to use this court as a means to continue to torture his ex and then added insult to injury by constantly shaming her for the decisions made in the heat of the moment.

Sometimes you have to cut your losses and move on with your life. Divorce is one of those times.

Years ago I dated a guy with the same personality as defendant. Life is a bowl of cherries for them until things don't go there way then they become enraged like a 5 year old having a temper tantrum, and it's over the stupidest things. Grow up. Two years of storing his belongings and the plaintiff still doesn’t have his own place. It appears that he’s drawing everything out to keep seeing the defendant; gave her the dogs to keep seeing her. He told to put the washer/dryer payment towards care of the one dog’s disease. Now that she doesn’t want to have any further contact he’s sued her.
