In this episode I am taking a tour behind the scenes of Cornerstone Church in Orangeburg, SC. I didn't previously know anyone at Cornerstone. Therefore, I didn't know what to expect. But, I was pleased to see a church that is organized throughout all worship and production areas. amazing that at 16 someone can be so well-versed in all of the technology and production. it's a beautiful case of talent and good mentoring coming together. for me none of the tech came close to seeing and hearing him give the tour. so inspiring!
This young man is truly what the world is supposed to reflect toward each other! It is inspiring to see young people that has such a passion, love, and compassion wrapped out all in one!!!

Very nice setup! I really like how this church implemented just about everything.. minus the electric drums ! Love how they are raising up young leaders, who are running huge areas of ministry. This young man knows every part of production, that’s amazing! Thank you for taking us along the tech tour, as a Worship leader/ tech director, I always love to learn better ways of doing things.

0:09 Video hasn’t even started and catching a glimpse of a DW converted to an electronic kit makes me wanna cry and jump on my mom’s lap like a 3 year old. Great tech tour tho. Any chance could find out more on their drum set up? Kind of confused on if they are using acoustic drums with actual triggers or if the heads are acting as the triggers.

They are actual electric drum triggers on each. The shell is more for looks.

@@oasisdei @WorshipLeaderHangout is correct. It was a DW kit converted with electric triggers and running the Pearl Mimic Pro controller. We have since changed over to an Alexis Strike Pro kit. All electric, no conversion.
Does anyone know what zoom control they are using
I would humbly suggest that ya'll get some more moving spots...that is a REALLY big space for just two Focus Spot 4zs!
