It's been brought to my attention that the audio is in mono in this video and I apologize for that. I usually record in stereo, but did a firmware update on my mics the day before I recorded this one. It seems that it changed a setting and was recording in mono with a backup channel. I have addressed this now and future videos will be back in stereo!

Hi i just read your comment about 3D printing. You said that this video made helped you make a decision to bye one. Has it all worked out or do you regret buying it? I’m asking because I am thinking about getting one and I have never used one. Can you tell me if it was a good idea. 😊

@@williamsheehan1144 Well, i’m not him/her, but I will say i have not been disappointed with my printer, although printer fails can happen simply change up some settings and you’re all good to go. i’ve printed characters like Luffy, Killer Queen, Yuta Okkotsu and they all look great. so definitely a great investment if you’re not paying too much for a beginner printer
For such a hugely diverse hobby/pro space I think you nailed it for a beginner highlights video. Great work and keep it up!

Jim, amazing intro for a new hobbyist in under 7 minutes. My Bambux1 Carbon and P1P are my 9th and 10th printers, wish I had one of these as my first. Bambu Studio works well for slicing and sending the files directly to the printer, and the printers just work. Your videos convinced me to add them to my collection and glad I did. Do you honestly recommend an x1c as a first printer? I've been debating it for mine and I hear conflicting info... I hear that I'll be behind if something goes wrong as I'll know nothing on where to troubleshoot or fix... Ugh
@woodwaker1
Жыл бұрын
@@ShyneflowLC I do recommend it, with some cravats. One that you have the money to do it, as you know it is not inexpensive. Two you really want to get into the hobby. Third, you do a lot of research, which sounds like you are doing. This has been my easiest printer to get going, be careful and follow the setup instructions. I would suggest to get the printer tested before trying the AMS if you get both.

@@woodwaker1 I was eyeballing the combo with the AMS for sure. So you're saying you'd get setup and run without it first before testing out multi filaments ?

Great video man. Thank you.
Thank you. Great starter video.
IMHO the best starter printer bang for the buck is the Elegoo Neptune 3 Pro. I've had nothing but success with it from the first test print. Setup was easy, it's not blazing fast but for churning out entire tables worth of wargaming terrain cheap it saves buckets of money. I am using Lychee slicer and it's been easy as pie, and isn't a printer that needs a bunch of upgrades. Self levelling, offset was super easy to set, direct drive filament feeder that is easy to load. As someone who wanted to print more than fiddle around with the printer it's been a good purchase.

The printing is the easy part. Most every item I've felt 3D printing might work for would have to mate up with an uneven surface of compound, irregular curves and angles. I've been searching the web for info on how to design parts to fit things that aren't flat without success.

Hi, Great Video, what type of plastic would you recommend to build Taillight Housings for a Vehicle?
I remember being in school and my teacher was talking about her son worked for a company building printers that can make pretty much anything I just realized she was talking about 3d printers
I need to learn because I plan on 3d printing a noble 6 armour set for next year Comecon and Halloween
Hello, I'm liking your channel. I'm intrigued by the whole 3d printing concept. Question... Is a laser scanning system required to print items that are not available? Specifically, I would like to print various car engines for scale models. What would that require? Please advise. Thanks, Greg

I just got my first 3d Printer. I made a simple Hook and then a cool dragon. So I decided to do something different and make a model of my wife's fav critter in ARK. (No we are not kids we both over 60 enjoying our retirement) Now I want looking for the perfect model and found it my mini factory, Now there were 2 SLT of the same model one supported and one not. I started to print the supported one and learned that I will be wasting a lot of Filament and time since I should have used the non-supported one. It has a lot of pipe type of supports that I will be cutting off. Thought I would pass this lesson on. Other then that I am having a blast and I have 30 models I plan to print and use for gifts and decorate our desk.
the Future insane the fact that we can just do this😮 imagine I had this tech 20 years ago
