Got tech-neck? Shoulder or upper back pain? Stress getting you hunched over and crunched?
Me too! Since New York City shut down, I've been missing teaching my favorite in-person, music-driven yoga classes -- so I brought them to Zoom recently as part of an online festival called the Global Takeover!
This is a recording of the live class, a 45-minute beginner-to-intermediate workout to stretch and build strength for relief in the upper body. Take a break for yourself and say ahhhh.... to a playlist of throwback jams.
OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT:
-Yoga mat
-Towel or blanket if you have sensitive knees
-Throw pillows or yoga blocks for back support

    @@ArielleCastillo I have a bad back and have been told to do yoga for years....no better time than to start than during this pandemic. I appreciate the help.
