Don’t forget to starch and press before cutting. It helps keep the bias edge from stretching.

Thank you for the video and the charts. I love using my Accuquilt for triangles even if I need to cut them down because I don’t have the right size. However, sometimes when I want only a few triangles, I have to take the time to look up the information on the size to cut them. Now your chart will be in a folder near my cutting mat. 🙂

For those of us who are not lucky enough to sew everyday, these are great reminders even if we are not exactly beginners. Hope you do a lesson on “ rectangular triangles”. Never sewed these but want to. I understand these can be tricky. Thank you for any consideration of this request. (KH)

I was thinking about this and remembered I do have some videos on this. I'm not sure which shape you are asking about but here are two different ones: Half Rectangle Triangle - kzread.info/dash/bejne/mYCerKmJf8u6lLw.html and kzread.info/dash/bejne/qnyp29lsiJXbkrQ.html Triangle in Square (Tri Rec) - kzread.info/dash/bejne/qY542ZKyk9LUg7w.html and kzread.info/dash/bejne/e4qmyMeYj5TgaZs.html I have found no other accurate way to make these than to use a tool to cut them, especially the Tri Rec units. Hope this helps!

I think I will go to the full inch and trim down, especially if using a full 1/4 in.

I also need to go the full inch j stead if the 7/8” - I’d rather have to trim just a tiny bit and have it correct, l,us my winky eyes work much better this way! I have don’t it the 7/8” way many years ago - I now have quite a few HST that ended up slightly too small for that project but I’ll find a use - eventually😄😄. Great program!! I’m always ready for a reminder!!!
