When we die we don't take with us not even our own body...so why stress about material things? I think the right balance is achieved when we stop stressing or worrying about material things. Hence, a functional minimalism that would work for everyone. Such a relaxing and on point video. Mahalo!

Thank you for this video! Recently we had to sell my childhood home, which I've always been emotionally attached to it. It seems like selling away part of my childhood. But my mother was wise enough to remind me that everything is just a temporary gift to us, they don't belong to us, what's important is the experience and the present.

Science and Magic, one is about complicating stuffs with logic while the other is mainly about simplifying things with emotions. I tried to put some Magic in my life, and 95% of my stressful headaches vanish unlike some mechanical equations I have put in life. By the way, the color White represents Simplicity and symbolizes for Purity. Maximally and minimally, I need my life to be as simple as possible, the simpler the better. Thank you a lot, Sophie♥️

Do not covet or worship things, but look toward the one that created everything, Yashua, the God of the Holy Bible. Only he can give eternal life, through His son, Jesus, the Christ. Budda was just a mortal, and never claimed to be even a God. Just a guy with words. Its more than just words. More than just a fleeting feeling of calm. It's knowing you are known by our God personally, you are loved, you are valued, demonstrated by the sacrifice of His son to pay for our sins. He believes in you, do you believe in Him? Confess your sins, ask for forgiveness and make Him the Lord of your life. Only then, will you have true confidence in who you are, without fear, for you are saved from condemnation. With a hope of a future when this world finally passes away. Then, you will know what true calm is. The hope of yet to come.
