Please bring this duo back for some beginner weights series or something similar. I enjoy Emilie's vibe and the 20 minutes is perfect! I've been doing this pilates series for several weeks now and love it.
i haven't done pilates in over 2 years because of an injury and chronic health issues. i didn't make it through all exercises perfectly but will try to slowly get back my core strength :) thank you so much for this helpful video

Hi Thank you for this video! im trying to live a healthier lifestyle and exercise; I really appreciate 1) that you both are bigger and two that one of the instructors is a black woman; when i type in Pilates its nearly impossible to see someone who looks like me. Thank you for showing up and disbanding stereotypes because being healthy/exercising is not "white people stuff"
You both rock!! Started this today and by no means do I have the strength to do all the exercises the way you guys did. But by the end my body was definitely felt more flexible and that ab was worked! Will be doing this series every morning! Thank you so much❤
I'd like to start off a little challenges for my pilates journey and I found it kinda suit me. But maybe I need to come back later when I'm ready 😂
