I just wanted to say I was able to do a variation of this. Definitely not as graceful and still not as flexible which I think is why my lines weren’t as pretty. I couldn’t snake my leg through so I climbed up a bit and then got my leg through. Love the dangerous bird, first time trying it, thank you for this tutorial ❤

Thank you so much for this tutorial! This is just my level :D What are some moves you can do from a dangerous bird? I've seen a russian layback, but are there also some other options? Thanks in advance!

Yes Russian layback would work! I think gargoyle too but that might be a bit scary. If you switch that bottom leg around the pole again you can go into a butterfly as well. That is a great Video idea :) I will take it with me and create something! Happy you liked this flow :)
