loved iiiit!! Thank you very much for the great workout! :)
You're so welcome!
I cant even begin to express how happy I am to see this video!! I am about to start my pole journey & I don’t mind telling you I’m terrified😬 I have always wanted to do all of these amazing aerial sports… but was always told I’m too old, too tall, too thin, too heavy..etc. But I want to fly, I want to be that woman that did it. I’m 47 now, 5’9, thin, have zero gymnastics history & very little upper body strength. With all of those doubts swirling around my head I’ve decided hell with it!! it’s time to stop listening to others and go for it. I’ll be buying my first pole very soon and am prepared to be bruised and very sore, probably ready to give up… but this video & the amazing ppl commenting have given me hope!! I will do it and be a support for anyone else going through this fun journey! 🙏🏻💗 Thank you!!
Keep going :) Everyone starts at some point, I know that you can do it and progress in your own time <3 The too old, too thin, too heavy,...etc statements are excuses for not even needing to try and avoiding disappointment. You show immense strength by doing and progressing even though you have those beliefs and you will see that you WILL become stronger and more fluid in your movements as you continue to show your beliefs wrong :) I believe in you <3
I've recently discovered your channel and I'm loving your stretching videos. They're among the best I've found on KZread. I hope you'll continue creating this type of content! Thank you :)
Awesome! Thank you so much :) Well now with your support I will have to record some more, any specific wishes?
@scorpionshape, thanks for asking ❤️ I really enjoy the side hip stretch 🤗
I love spin, cuz I've been doing Lyra/hoop for 4 yrs and started Pole less than a year ago. I can do most of the 20 spins, but I really have a hard time with beginner static spins, which my instructor recommends learning first. What's your opinion? Can I use what I am good at to segue to less comfortable movements? Thanks so much!!! You are fabulous!!!💕
Thank you for asking :) In my opinion spinning and static pole are two different aspects of pole like heels pole is a different one as well. I feel like it is important to know how to navigate around the static pole since it gives you more control, strength and ways to make movements ,more fluid with your skills instead of "just" relying in the pole spin to make the tricks look smooth. Static is great to practice transitions. Spinning is great for longer combos and to really dance the movements. Static can look more acrobatic :) So I think it is what you prefer more but I teach and learn always both. Usually I learn a trick on static to get the technique down to then bring it onto spinning and connecting it with other movements :) So nothing is wrong or better than the other, just different but it is great to also practice your weaknesses, it will make you better with your spinning as well.
What size pole do you have?
It's a 45mm lupit pole :)
❤❤❤❤❤
Very useful tips, I like it. Thank you so much❤
So nice to train with your video’s 😊
this was so helpful, hoping I can hit it! bookmarking for rewatches :)
Hi Tanja, thank you for all your tutorials - I tried this and absolutely love it! Although, when I captioned it broken split people told me the split is actually a Jallegra :) I'm working through your vids and I'm excited to try Allegless next
Ahh thank you! The names get confusing for me as well haha. I will update it :)
I've been poling 11 months, and could manage all the shapes on spin, but need to practice a few more times to get it smoother. Love this combo--Thanks 💕💕
Nice work! Happy to hear that this combo works for you :) And don't worry, the smoothness will come with repetition. I will be uploading a few more combos soon <3
Excellent videos as always! One question: where do you get your pole wear, like the one you are using here? ❤
that was really easy ! thanks !
Thank you❤
You're welcome 😊
Love this❤
I just like your name.. 😉🦂😊💚
I've only been doing pole for 5 months. Your beginner conditioning videos help me so much to progress at home! The rest of the videos that are too advanced for me right now are just more motivation to keep going💪🏻 so thank you for making these videos 💖
Great job! Let me know if you are looking for something specific, I need to record some videos again so I could add your wishes to my list :)
how beautiful lines you have!
Thank you so much :) I got trained in them from a young age ;) And I really worked on keeping them through my aerial work :)
Thanks for sharing your knowledge 🩷 really good explanation. I was unsure about continuing my training with online help but now I’m curious! And no worries been doing pole since 2018, but have to train again and at home.
Great to hear! You can definitely progress with online training :) I do so myself. It's maybe not as quickly but definitely doable. If you would like and need, I do give private online classes as well. Just let me know
👍
So beautiful
Thank you so much. Have fun trying it :)
I just wanted to say I was able to do a variation of this. Definitely not as graceful and still not as flexible which I think is why my lines weren’t as pretty. I couldn’t snake my leg through so I climbed up a bit and then got my leg through. Love the dangerous bird, first time trying it, thank you for this tutorial ❤
Yess!! Happy to hear that. It is amazing that you found some variations. It is all about being creative :) Every day and ever body is different and sometimes we want/need to change things up a bit.
you people gotta atop. this is not sugar free. dates are loaded with sugar. im diabetic and dates send my sugar through the roof.
I am sure you will find diabetic friendly recipes/channels on here :)
I’m so glad you are back. I warm up and workout with some of your older videos every morning. I’m still quite new and those moves on this new video are challenging, but I’m still going to try. Thank you ☺️
Glad you like them! Do them as good as you can :) You will see progress in no time, I'm sure :)
🤩 I will add it to my training this evening ❤
Wonderful!
love this combo, but it's taking me so long to figure out how to do that last outside-to-inside hang without breaking the arms im holding on with! gradually getting there, though :)
You can do it! turn into the direction of your lower arm. Swing your legs as high as possible to get some momentum, bring your legs to the pole and close them as soon as possible into a seat. The top arm wants to be released as soon as you are somewhat sitting so that your upper body can move down. We usually hold on too long with the top hand :) It's a trust thing for sure
Thank you! This tutorial is fantastic.
Super!!❤
Thank you! 😃
Finally, warm up on the pole❤
Thankyou so much, this was very helpful.
So glad!
Love the vibes and the cat makes it work too. Thanks for sharing!
