I don't know but it looked like a back limber. Because in a back limber your feet are together when landing and secondly it would be more easier if you do a backbend really close to the wall😊

It is hard at first but If someone holds ur feet and put their hands on ur back and go slowly down u can do it
I couldn't do it i had a lot of confidence but then i was scared i might get injured and i didn't do it though i might try again tomorrow 😢

Here’s a tip for backbends: in stead of putting your hands apart, put them together like this 🙌 and make a triangle with your hands. Make sure to look through the triangle the whole time.

Yes I did it in one time thanks for this easy trick I am able to do cartwheel, one hand cartwheel , backbend, tumbling handstand and split now I am able to do a back walkover
