For real, U r awesome Good looking Everyone loves you
Thank you so much! I appreciate this meaningful tourist vocabulary of England; I've mostly been exposed to formal English working from home and it's just refreshing to see these fun ways of interaction with local people. 😄
Thanks ever so much! 👍👏👏👏
Simply the top 🔝!
Thanks Aly! This is definitely one of my favourite video! 😃👍 A lot of vocabulary to practice! I love the way you teach, I wish I had a teacher like you when I was studying English many years ago 😃 Have a great day! 🙋🏻♂️

Aly, I love your videos! Thank you for such wonderful content 🙏🤗👌
Good lesson
Another great video from Papa English! Super nice and usefull tips.
Nice discussion.
Thanks a lot💖
So good... Really good
Lolz, I live in the north and I've already learned the "bad way" of using them/these from natives :D. They're notorious for saying things like "What do you think about them apples". I'm trying to unlearn this stuff, but it became my second nature >.
At 3:07 was the best part for sure! 😅 (of course the whole video is to be applauded 👏👏👏)
There're the fixed stops in Russia as well
Hey, Aly! Always love your videos. It's so unbelievably fun and practical. I've got a question though. At 06:31, you wrote, "An ice latte". To my knowledge I learned it's an 'iced' latte. Can I say both ice and iced for drinks? Or it is only right to say 'ice' for drinks?
For me, the sound of the pronounce. I Will Get It.. It is like I Will GeRit.. sound Like R between the words when It has Double T Thanks for the videos
Hi Ally Thanks for amazing video . I’ve got a confusion about using the adjective “stocked “. Should it be followed by about or to ?! For example, everyone is stocked to go to the beach or stocked about going to the beach ?? Thank you so much in advance
6:50 Almond milk is just yummy-yummy
May I know when to use definition in plural form, i.e. definitions?
Thanks for the lesson, it was quite useful to me. Can I use "excuse me" instead of "sorry" when I am to ask someone for information or help?
@AndreyCh.
Жыл бұрын
If I'm not mistaken, "excuse me" is used when someone is just about to do something wrong or mess up, and "sorry" is used when someone has already done something wrong. For example, We're sorry for being late.
@papateachme

@@AndreyCh. , indeed. I've also seen that "excuse me" is the one used to interrupt someone politely or saying sorry for little inconvenience.

@@papateachme , thanks! Would you, please, make a video about how to pronounce diphthongs, contrasting true RP and modern RP? This I ask because when you pronounce some diphthongs (eə, ɪə), you seem to not pronounce the schwa, this is, you seem to pronounce iː and eː, respectively. I'd like to know more about this: if it is truly done, and if so, who does it actually and when should I do it.
Probably the viewers of the channel only now realized that they had never seen the shoes that Aly loves to wear so much

I was taught to say "Excuse me!" - not "sorry"- to get someone's attention and ask for information. Are both of them correct?

Shouldn't we start a question, when we ask for something, with "excuse me" instead of "sorry"?
