Even on as healthy a lifestyle as you can get, you can still deal with low testosterone. Sometimes it just happens. Happened to me. Nothing except testosterone was going to correct it and I tried. Life is amazing now! But it’s worth getting everything in line first before just hopping on test.

It's kind of ironic coming from Derek. He knows his fans will just ignore him & buy his supplements instead. Can't really blame him too much. But at the same time just like he's steroid-reliant, he's also supplement reliant. He emphasizes them too much. Instead of a 15% bioavailable carnitine supplement, 80% bioavailable red meat could've done the job. PED users' overreliance rubs off on naturals. Who should scarcely use supplements

I can understand what he is implying about the app and food, however my issue is that no one really know how nutrient dense actual products they in shops really are. Cucumber we eat today is way different than ones from 20 years back. In addition we are getting pesticides and other craps like preservatives with food. Yes there are some allowable dosages of them, however these are rather doggy practices and recommendations from FDA and others. Secondly there are barely any researches how these substances work when combined togheter.

You don’t know until you see bloodwork to see what you’re deficient in b/c you may have a malabsorption issue in the gut, preventing your gut from absorbing minerals from food. Also, food these days don’t have the same micronutrient abundance they once did. So even if you’re eating plenty of whole foods you may still become deficient in any trace mineral. Your biological demand might also be utilizing more micronutrients than another person based on need if an athlete for ex., metabolically compromised, have a weakened immune system or have genetic polymorphisms that regulate efficiency of micronutrients by the body.

Brands don't really matter for nootropics. Just take 400mg of it, powder or pill doesn't really matter. But it isn't a magic pill, it doesn't change your testosterone levels much, it's very minimal unless you lack testosterone.
