I was scouting YT for reviews on the S. Finally you made one, Jason. The only ones worth watching!

It’s like you read my mind.. I was looking for gimbals to buy these past few weeks and finally settled on the Weebill line. Then you make a video on the new Weebill S. Now I have a trusted source telling me it’s worth it!

Preordered one! I've been using the V2 to shoot my travel films...but the stronger motors have sold me on the weebill S. I shoot underslung all the time and I love this design. Excited to get it. Thanks for the great review!

Thanks for making this clip! Good to refresh. Already using the Weebill-S with the 16-35GM, grouped with the transmitter, follow-focus motor used for zoom, mic on top, and iPhone as the secondary monitor.

How's the stabilization compared to larger gimbals such as the Moza Air 2 or Ronin-S? I'm looking to "downgrade" to these smaller gimbals. I wasn't too impressed with the original weebill as it seemed a bit jittery to me.

I'm sticking to my Weebill Lab for now, it handles the lenses that I want on a gimbal.

My gimbal arrived today! Random question, does your gimbal also makes a squeaky noise when the pan axis is locked? Once I unlocked the pan axis the squeaky noise is gone.

I'm shooting with a canon sl2 with a sigma 35mm f/1.4 but will be upgrading to the eos r next year, in hopes to get the RF 24-70mm f/2.8. With that being said I'm defiantly going to look at this gimbal and the DJI Ronin-SC and compare their pros and cons!

2:46 - When I manually change zoom or focus, I find it causes the Weebill S jitter there after. Did you experience this as well?

they have a facebook page for the gimbal. Zhiyun said they are preparing the other packages and they should be available around the end of this month.

I have a question. Can you pull focus with this gimbal and the focus weel without connecting the focus motor like you can with the dji ronin sc or do I have to use the motor all the time. I have a Sony a 6400.

Trying to use the weebill s with my A7C but do you know why when PC remote is on ( so I am able to use gimbal) my face detection turns off :( :(, any way around it ?

What input does the image transmission module takes? Just plain HDMI? Or anything specific? (Asking because I use Fuji and this was not supported by the original Weebill)

How does it compare to the Ronin S?

Would you recommend this over the ronin sc? I’ve never had a gimbal and it’s mostly for vlogging. I have a Sony a6600 with the 16-55 lens and the 18-135 lens I also have the sigma 16mm f1.4

Hi Jason . I try to set with my A73/2470GM.the VOX mode was OK at 24mm . my lens almost fall off the gamble if i set to 70mm doing the VOX mode...how to solve it? And do you feel the pan follow is not leveling while walking or pan to side?

One question, can it adjust iso and shutter speed with sony camera? I see the zhiyun offical list said that it cannot, but I remember that the weebill lab can do this right?

How heavy is that combo? Thinking of getting one for my D7100 + 24-70 2.8 Tamron but can't find any weight restrictions >__> Body should be fine as the D7100 is smaller and lighter than the D850 but the lens is pretty massive.

how on earth cannot work with sc? a73 wright 650g + 680 16-35 total 1330 grams. sc can handle 2000grams

Jason, nice video. I don't see the Canon EOS R and either the 24-70 f/2.8L or 16-35 f/2.8L listed on Zhiyun's list of compatible cameras and lenses. The weights and sizes are consistent with what you showed here, no?
