Tip Use Clothes Pegs to hold your Wicks in place. Why add Essential Oils in Beeswax? The natural Beeswax smells amazing as it is. Just saying. 😉

Clothes pegs are a good idea 👍 And you’re right! The beeswax smells great on its own, it does not need anything added to it.

Beautiful job, but you killed me when you put the lavender in the beeswax, because beeswax naturally has a smell of its own that you cannot compare to anything

Thank you. Your right about the beeswax smelling amazing on its own😊I don’t think I would ever add any other smells to it next time. I like the natural scent better for sure.

Hi i have one question when calculating Fragrance oil if my candle is a coconut oil and beeswax candle and if adding fragrance at 6% would it be 6% of (beeswax+ coconut oil)

The standard is considered 0.5 of fragrance per pound of wax. Hope this helps.💚

I think I got these for thirty five dollars but I had bought more than what I was shone, I had 5 pounds of wax. Happy Thanksgiving to you as well 😊

How can be the ratio, if i want to blend coconut oil with palm wax, since here in Egypt, soy is very expensive

I have not tried palm wax before, however if I did I would start with a 3 to 1 ratio. 3 parts palm wax to 1 part oil maybe and see how it turns out? Good luck I hope it works

You can buy candle wick’s from craft stores like Michael’s or JoAnn fabrics as well.

Ive never made candles but am wondering how they will set up with the coconut oil, or if you should use a soy or parifin waxin place of the oil

@@carriestock976 This was my first time making candles too. They did set up very well. If I had other wax I would’ve just experimented with it to see what worked. If you try the other wax and oil I would love to know how they turn out☺️
