I love to combine cheese and beer since the first time I've been to Belgium. But I regularly add some French mustard or some English spicy sauce to the mix.
Recently diagnosed as lactose intolerant but a beer judge of many years. Give me ten great cheeses and beer matches, a night close to the porcelain and all is peachy!!

Ultimate beer and cheese pairing is a De Garre tripel, from a De Garre glass, in the De Garre pub in Bruges at Christmas time with the free cheese cubes they bring out (maybe a young Gouda, which sounds a bit pervy). Literally gives me shivers.

Barley Wine and Stilton cheese is a must for me a christmas. Would love to have one of those Lervig BW's. They are absolutly fantastic! That was the 2017 version right?

We actually did one SIX years ago. Not gonna link you because it kinda sucks. So yeah, we'll look into doing a new one for sure!

Not sure there is an official name for it. We think they are like stemless tekus, or stemless wine glasses, or beer tumblers. You can buy them on our webshop though, where we call them Craft Beer Channel glasses!
