Beef Tenderloin on the PK 300

Smoking a beef tenderloin on the PK 300 with cherry wood. A classic reverse sear gets the job done. Temp is monitored with the FireBoard 2 and the Pit Viper fan.

    Well done! Thank you for sharing. PK 300 modded and officially dialed in👌🏽 Looking to do the same with my PKO. Conflicted about whether or not to go with the Pit Viper or Billows. I'm already invested with Thermoworks Smoke X2... Would be such a help to hear your opinion and offer some guidance. Thanks!

    Thanks! Well, if you already have the Thermoworks it seems a lot cheaper to get the billows instead of buying both a new thermometer and a fan. Both will work just fine.
