► 500 g beef
► 3 potatoes
► 1 cup (180 g) rice
► 2 carrot's
► 1/2 onion
► 2 large tomatoes
► 1 bell pepper
► 1 garlic clove
► 1 tablespoon mrs. Dash original seasoning ( or any of your favorite seasoning)
► 2 bay leaves
► 100 g parsley and dill
► 1.6 liters (55 oz.) hot water or beef stock
► 2 tablespoons olive oil
► 1 tablespoon butter
► salt and pepper to taste
