It seems more like bad luck on the tire blowing out than just a hard landing. It's too bad the pilot didn't simply stop and try to find a way to tow it, but I can understand the urge to want to move the bird under its own power. Even without a blown tire, the Duke doesn't look like a good soft field airplane.

You are underestimating the cost of a repair, that aircraft is easily 1 to 1.5 million in value at minimum. The engines are some of the most expensive components on an aircraft. Both engines had sustained a prop strike which means possible damage to the internal parts of the engine. The pilot should have stopped trying to move the aircraft, shutting down after coming to a complete stop would have been a better idea. Both engines will need to be given an expensive overhaul and a ton of testing and repairs if required (That's only if the engines are not damaged beyond repair). The landing gear struts, motors, tires, sensors and everything will need to be looked at and repaired/replaced. The undercarriage, fuselage and wings will need to be taken apart and inspected. Also, because the aircraft has a pressurized fuselage there will need to be even more inspections to ensure the aircraft can keep cabin pressure without failure. There are many more things I can list but repairs could easily go 100k +
